Over the last 2 years I have found this company to be inefficient. Rent has been paid late on numerous occasions even when the tenantshave paidon time. Information has not always been given to me about my property ie, mid term inspections. Problems have not been resolved quickly and generally a poor service.

This is the 3rd year that Choices have been managing my rental property and I am very happy with their performance & professionalism. Amy Francis and her team are always super responsive and helpful, and make every effort to get everything right for both the tenants and myself. Choices handle all my checkin’s & check out’s so well. I am so glad I found Choices Letting Agents. I cannot say enough about Choices! Great service and thank you. If it continues like this I will be one happy landlord.I would not hesitate in recommending Choices to any landlord looking for a managing agent.

Had a viewing with Abbi in Merstham - unfortunately, she misled me by giving me false information about the property. I asked her to verify the information first as she said she wasn’t sure - she then told me that she had checked but when at the viewing, it was evident that she didn’t bother checking. Disappointing and very unprofessional behaviour from her. She wasted my time.
