GoogleA Thanks to Redhill. Especially Nicole I, she is a credit to the company. Currently a trainee but already brings much professionalism and effeciency. Very easy to communicate with and makes the difference between a lengthy process and a simple one. Choices would be much different without her & the Redhill team. Thankyou.

GoogleMy mum has a house that has been under full maintenance with Choices. They have ignored reports from the tenants about problems and have sent the most awful repair people to fix problems. In particular a repair company called TOUCAN. Their work was so bad most of it needs redoing. Would definitely not recommend them

GoogleNicole Inkpen have been very helpful in regards to providing me the necessary documents I need in relation to my legal requirements like copy of my tenancy agreement and letter from landlord. GoogleIf you are looking for an agency to make you loose money on your investment then I highly recommend Choices. They are great at not doing what has been agreed. Putting tenants in your property that run it down and not pay rent then take a year to process the deposit return. Absolutely shocking.

GoogleValeria tried to charge me £100 for a landlord's gas safety certificate on a brand new boiler they installed, even after I queried it, then solicited this review, mentioning her by name!

GoogleVery impressed with the admin team in Redhill, in particular Paris who was very attentive and responded to all my queries almost instantaneously. On the whole, the process was fairly straight forward, however a word of caution when speaking to the agency side of the company...empty promises.
