Been meaning to write this review since last year to help warn others to be vigilant when it comes to Choices letting agency. Advertised property including all bills, upon signing lease agreement I found out electricity was separate. Didn't get shown the pay as you go meter until day one of moving in. After many privacy issues and WiFi issues that hindered me from doing my work from home on required days, I paid £60 to be released from the lease agreement. Only then for Christie to again mess up on the property Morden and book the new tenant to move in my last day of rental period. I paid for the full day and was rushed to get out as fast as possible as the new tenant had a van booked to move in the same day. This was never on me yet I continued to try to accommodate. It was chaos and the new tenant threw away all my food that was left behind too as I am sure they too were fed up. I would never recommend Choices after this experience. I too felt like there was no real apology for these actions or how to resolve them. Christie should have been there the day I moved 11 September 2021 to resolve the situation or paid for the tenants man with a van to come the next day, instead she let us tenants get on with it.

Disgusting service, getting your deposit back is near impassible in a decent time frame, it’s now day 23 from my check out and for the fourth time I’ve been told “tomorrow” On top of this, when I moved in they gained access with no permission for Gas Safety Certificates. Never reply to my messages, report late problems with property, would not recommend from a landlord's point of view or indeed from a tenant's. Email, upon email unanswered. When I call rarely someone picks up and when they do told someone will come back to me.
