I writing this review in shock. One star was because it was mandatory to write my comment as I would not have left any star rating. I have just had my baby woken up by someone from Choices touting for business whilst seeing a For Sale board outside my house. We have instructed another agent to sell our house and did not request help or this intrusion. I called the office and the lady was asking me lots of questions to get any details from me regarding my sale. Beyond rude and not a professional way to introduce your business.

Diabolical estate agents AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We have just given our notice. The reason we are leaving is that your company has failed to complete a single repair despite us notifying you on numerous occasions over the past 6 months, some of which should have been completed on H&S grounds prior to us being given the keys. We have had no working light in the bathroom since moving in which is obviously very dangerous as bathrooms can be slippy. We have had no consistent hot water in the property since moving in which again we have notified you of on numerous occasions and you have not acted to remedy the problem meaning all through winter we couldn't even get a hot bath. We have had a leak on the boiler since we moved in which we again notified you of and no action has been taken, I have had to empty full buckets of water out every week or so. We did not receive a copy of the inventory again which we have advised you of on numerous occasions and still haven't received it 6 months down the line. A week or so ago you instructed an agent from "no letting go" to visit the property which I agreed to and made an appointment for their representative to attend, nobody showed up and left me in the house waiting for them to attend completely wasting a day of my annual leave. I have avoided inviting my parents and friends around to the property to visit because of its condition and the awful stains on the ceiling and carpets which we were advised would be rectified on viewing the property. It is not fair in the slightest to leave tenants in an unsafe property like this for this length of time, the amount of rent we have paid you over the term we have lived here does not reflect that of a property in this condition. I believe that we have given you plenty of opportunity to rectify the issues and complete the repairs and you havent bothered to instigate the repairs. Will be seeking legal advice on the matter.

The service has been exceptional........ Tunde worked very hard to make sure I secured a property I wanted and was professional friendly & very positive, always keep me updated and Ashley in the office on the last few days of completion of signing really helped when I hit a few challenges, she really eased my mind....... everything was handled professionally with kindness and care and both these members of the team went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t have any worries impossible was nothing to them! Do not give them holding deposit if you like rent property from them. They take this deposit but never give this back and you not get property is well. They took my £500 fo holding deposit and promised 100% to me I will get propery, but next day agency just told me I didn't pass some checking and I not get money back and property is well. So I with my pregnant wife end kids was throwed to the street. I'm very disappointed and angry about this letting agency. Never give them your money!
