GoogleSam Bailey at Romans looked after me throughout the process of offering and purchasing a flat. He was extremely patient, helpful and applied the same high level duty of care through the entire process. In my experience this is quite rare and I would absolutely purchase through Romans and in particular get Sam's support on any future purchases.

He helped us to make our process of buying our first home to go very smoothly and quickly. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Romans and Callum in the process of buying and renting as we used them for both.

GoogleLettings - As potential tenants they are awful! They cancel viewings and not bother to inform you (great if your commuting a fair distance and waiting outside the property). If you book in to see a few properties - lucky if you are booked in for one. Completely disorganised and their staff can't seem to do their jobs.

Never take correct process or action to solve your problems or even their problems,but only keep calling you when they want money from you while you have no idea with the payment. Will never have any business with them. Avoid.
