tons of money for everything. And at the end they dont even wat to give you deposit back. 6 weeks already waiting even if I have nearly nothing deduced from deposit. Don't recomend at all

We had a problem with an aerial becoming partly detached and hanging dangerously over the door to the garden. I e-mailed Romans to advise of the situation and Kimberley Garcia arranged to have an expert in to remove the aerial. The aerial was removed and the problem sorted, all within two days. Very prompt and efficient response from Kimberley, which is greatly appreciated by us.

Avoid due to massive fees. Their fees are extortionate. They want your money at the expense of what is in your best interest. Slime ball salespeople who want profit over tenant wellbeing. Tenants be warned.

Gave profile to romans that was never taken in consideration, got recieving properties that were wrong. Despite the shinny appearance under the hood, it's all disorganised and messy. Would avoid if possible.

I've used Romans as a tenant twice in the past and although they are expensive you do tend to find a good range of properties. Staff are polite and helpful. I recently had to deal quite extensively with their property management team over a deposit issue and I can only praise Ms Iwona Zych for her ethos, professionalism and overall excellent customer service.
