I've used Romans as a tenant twice in the past and although they are expensive you do tend to find a good range of properties. Staff are polite and helpful. I recently had to deal quite extensively with their property management team over a deposit issue and I can only praise Ms Iwona Zych for her ethos, professionalism and overall excellent customer service.

Appalling. I have been chasing Romans to refund a deposit to a tenant for over 5 months. They dont call me back do not email me. Really embarassing with respect to the tenant who complied with all his obligations. I do not understand how a well renowned brand can disregard legal requirements as they do and not even seem to care

We are current tenants whose boiler stoped working during winter. The had an engineer out with a day and was fixed on the spot.

DO NOT use this company if you are a tenant. They are totally biased towards the landlord. Repairs don't get done and you don't get your deposit back.
