I went in to Romans to complain about that nobody showed up for a scheduled viewing. Phil apologised and went the extra mile by sorting me out with a replacement viewing on the spot, that he personally drove me to. Many Thanks

Very positive experience as a vendor, pleasantly surprised by the level of service, professionalism and responsiveness from the team at Romans (George and Bernadette). A marked difference from my previous experiences with estate agents in Reading, which were atrocious. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service! No deposit scheme was truly a blessing more agencies should do this. From when I placed and offer to when I was moving in, the process has been seemless. If I am renting again I will use this service.

Romans had an excellent service with no deposit scheme and they were really fast. Our lettings advisor was Suresh Ranamagar who was helpful and he did everything for us. We were happy with your dealings. I totally recommend this Agent.

Romans Estate Agents, Reading Market Place Branch provided a highly professional service. Consultancy with one of their letting agents has been very smooth, and I receive replies immediately for property viewings through to all administrative and other issues to the point of sale. They have been very helpful and very transparent regarding all parts of the rental agreement, and we have found a great property in the centre of the town.

The estate agent is awful. Employees are kind but some of them incompetent do do the jobs right. Did not fully inform us for all the charges up front and for all the conditions applied to guarantors. As a result discussions were going on and on for ever with different things said in person and different things in written communication. Generally, very poor service for the fees you will pay.

Kimberley Garcia Jones did a great job and has been very responsive to any inquiries. She always gets to a solution and is highly reliable on follow ups. Thankfully she took the initiative on some repairs needed on my flat and got those sorted out quickly. Kimberley stands out amongst the real estate property managers I had to deal with so far and is easily providing a 5* service.

As a landlord, Romans have done a great job for me including sourcing properties, supporting conveyancing, marketing for tenants and administering approvals processes for tenants and supporting tenants once in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Worst letting agent I've experienced. Dealt with a rat problem for a year because they didn't deal with it properly. Landlord informed us that they hadn't been told about it. Speaks volumes.
