I am looking for a genuine transaction and the Estate agent Romans (Ms. Lowis or Lois) expects me to send my mortgage details and agreement in principle to her PERSONAL email address and promised to delete the mail after she see's it before entertaining me. Looks like a scam operation under a legitimate business. stay awayNegativeProfessionalism

I had a very good expereince with Romans and specially their letting agent Nicole Winman. She literally made the deal for the property we were looking to let. She is very commited and responsible young letting agent. All my quereis regarding our move was sorted out by her .I shall definitely look forward to Nicole and Romans for the best services in future.

I have rented with Romans for 8 months and each time that I have experienced any maintenance issue, such as leaks, my Property Manager (Pooja Chavda) has continuously been quick to respond and organise the appropriate action required. I feel able to rely on Romans to manage the property effectively and always feel listened to when needed.

The experience of dealing with the lettings management team at Romans has been a positive one. Sarah George (property manager) proactively reached out to me to inform me of my upcoming tenancy renewal and helped with the entire process and documentation. I would highly recommend Romans to anyone looking for a rental property in Reading.

Bernadette and George helped me sell my property in Reading. They put it up for sale and obtained viewings very quickly. A buyer was also found quickly and my property was sold within a few months. The Romans (Reading branch) team were very professional, efficient and approachable making them very easy to work with. I would engage them again in the future.

We've been using Romans in Reading for 17 years to rent our property, and they have consistently been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. This week I received an incorrect bill from SSE, and Pooja Chavda at Romans gave me all the necessary information for dealing with it in a matter of minutes. Excellent stuff!

The people I've dealt with so far---lettings advisor Philip Hawkins, move-in manager Amy Robinson, and property manager Kimberley Garcia--have all been more than helpful and given excellent customer service. Ms Garcia particularly helped to quickly resolve plumbing issues at my new rental quickly and was friendly and kind. Thanks Romans, I hope to be your tenant for a long time.

Had few issues in the new property, but our property manager "kimberly Garcia Jones" very efficient to convey the issues with landlord and helped me with new bed and complete bathroom refurbish, her coordination with vendors for arranging quotes/support and timely updates , promptly response is highly appreciated. Thankyou very much Kimberly and Romans for their efficient property management.
