GoogleThis is the first time I use Romans as my letting agency. So far I have been dealing with Chloe Nice and Katie Ducker. Both of them have been amazing at dealing with any of my queries and have been mostly reassuring with trying to help me find a solution with any encountered issue. Not only they are quick at replying to my emails but they are always very polite! Highly recommended :)

GoogleGreat agency, I recommend them if you're planning to buy/sell a property. In particular I would like to thanks Callum White that assisted me in the process. They have been really helpful and responsive. They also introduced me to a great independent mortgage adviser and solicitor. I'll rely on them again in the future!

GoogleOne of the worst letting agents I came acrossed over the years. Their property management team has no clue what they were doing and takes 10 -15 calls and few weeks to fix simple thing. No one take accountability or responsibility over their ineffiency and they will say it's tenants fault at the end. DO NOT use this rubbish agent. Government or council must do an investigation and close this firm.

GoogleConsistently excellent service.. It's been 6+ years am staying at the property managed by Romans and I must say that their level of service is simply great. Current property manager (Charlotte) and earlier ones as well are/were very professional and always there to help and just a mail/call away. If you are looking for a professional real estate agents within Reading, I doubt you would find anyone better than Romans.

GoogleRomans is defintetely the best agency I ever had as a tentant and the property manager, Kimberley Garcia, is just amazing! She is always very heplful and she replies to your emails very quickly. She is very efficient and you can be sure that every problem you have is sorted within a week maximum. And on top of that she is a really nice person. I defintely reccomend Romans!
