GoogleKimberly Garcia Jones did a great job, always being responsive and doing her best to resolve any issues at the property as being my property manager. Very helpful and understanding, Kimberly's service and performance were exceptional. I only give 4 stars which don't reflect the performance of the agent, but the processes of the agency (especially on Kimberley's absence, for example, A/L) where long-winded, lack of follow up from other agents covering her position, resulting in a backlog of issues that Kimberley would need to prioritise. Also, the agency's unbalanced thoroughness on minor issues at check out and the sloppiness at check-ins just to recover some monies for the deposit is unacceptable.
Nevertheless, Kimberly was really great and I was happy to have her as a property manager.
