Me and my partner have been in our current apartment managed by romans for almost a year now, and the service has been some of the best I have ever experienced from an estate agents. Kimberley our property manager is incredibly fast and professional while also being very personable. We have had issues with ovens breaking and they are always fixed within the week which is great! I also really appreciate that Kimberly wont just leave us hanging for a week waiting for a response, she will get in touch to let us know what the hold up is if there is one. My wife and I moved to Reading in June 2020 for work and rented a property through Romans on a 12 month contract. Despite the difficulties during these early days of the pandemic, Romans were very communicative and helpful to ensure our move in was as smooth as possible. Having lived in the property for a year, we have continued to receive outstanding service from the staff, in particular our property manager Kimberley who has always been available to answer calls and emails, solving any issues we have come across swiftly and successfully.
