House Network Excellent

House Network offer excellent customer service with a professional, friendly manner, keeping us informed at every stage on the sale of our property, from the initial phone calls we made, right up to completion. We were extremely satisfied and impressed with House Network when the sale of the property was going through as they liaised with our solicitor and the buyers solicitor as well as keeping us fully informed. Will save you thousands

I have used HouseNetwork a couple of times before and they seem to be getting even better! If I'm honest I am not a fan of Estate Agents they generally come round try and blag you, take a few pictures and charge you thousands of pounds for the privilege with doing very little. A conventional estate agent would of cost me at least £3100 to sell my house. With the loyal customer discount I paid just over £500 with HouseNetwork. In my opinion I received a better service and so did my perspective buyers (HouseNetwork have longer opening hours than a conventional Estate Agent and you can always get hold of someone quickly). The photos, floor plans and virtual walk throughs are better than conventional estate agents. If you're comfortable and available to do your own viewings then HouseNetwork is for you.

Excellant service and value for money

I would highly recommend housenetwork to anyone. My account manager had excellent communication skills and a professional manner which helped reduce the amount stress I had from selling my property. The IT system was efficient, easy to navigate and made me feel in control of the whole process as where the weekly updates. My property was not straightforward to sell due to a person overseas buying it, but I found the housenetwork really worked with both myself and the buyer to remove bottlenecks where possible. The service is excellent value for money.

Excellent service for a great price

House Network were very quick getting my place advertised once I provided details. I was arranging viewings within an hour of the advert going live. So many enquiries were generated I had problems scheduling all the visits and at one stage had people waiting outside while I was conducting another viewing. Agreed a sale in just over a week and received over the initial asking price. I was very happy with the service from House Network who were always quick to respond to queries and the personal area of the website was very useful to keep up with the latest situation. Really good value for money and probably saved me a few grand!

Fantastic company, service second to none

The service was second to none, so happy to have such a hassle free and such a quick turn around. We sold our house over a weekend. The agent came to take photos which were exceptional and uploaded them straight away on a Friday night. We sold the house on the Monday! Not only that we were kept informed from start to finish with very professional friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. I'm so pleased to have had such a great service and saved so much on agency fees. I would never use a local agent after using Housenetwork twice now. They are such a good company I would recommend to anyone, people may feel it's risky doing this online but move with the times and you will be more than impressed.

Efficient, courteous, available, communicative and great value for money

From start to finish we were delighted with the personalised service we received from House Network. We had an agent assigned to us individually, an online portal with all our property information and regular email updates throughout the process. The photos of our property were professional, with the option to add our own. We were given guidance when having to make decisions at important points and could always talk to a representative when we wanted to. Our agent negotiated a significant increase in the offer made by our buyer, which we were very impressed with. Please don't listen to high street agents, all of whom were very disapproving of our choice, and regularly rang us up to tell us so! We were not disadvantaged in any way by using an online agent, and we saved over £6000 in fees!

Makes selling your property as simple and stress free as it could be....

Having been at the same property for almost 25 years we were extremely anxious about the procedure we were to face and entirely out of touch with every procedure involved with selling a property to say the least. However, with the help provided by the House Network from the start and thru to final completion, we actually found the process not too stressful at all and having the knowledge that we could email or call someone direct at virtually any time was a godsend. So hence, we have no suggestions whatsoever, just keep on doing what you do best !

Excellent Service

The agency provide almost all the same services as a local estate agent and are extremely efficient and helpful. Our fees with a local estate agent would have been 3 times the amount we paid to House Network - other more expensive houses would have even larger savings. We cant understand why anyone would go with a local estate agent as there don't appear to be any benefits in doing so what-so-ever. House Network were professional and efficient right the way through the process, the photos they took of the property were excellent and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Excellent Professional Service

We sold our property subject to contract in just under 2 weeks thanks to House Network. Our agent took fantastic photographs and strongly marketed our property. We were walked through the end to end process and communication was fantastic - both via the online portal and over the phone. When it came to the final sale our personal negotiator helped secure the price we wanted and kept us informed of progress and next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended House Network in the future and would certainly use them again, thank you for all your help!

Why use anyone else?

This is the second time I have used Housenetwork to sell my property & can't find any negatives with the service, responses to queries etc. High Street agents knock them regarding getting feedback from viewers but my experience is that if people don't want to be contacted for feedback it makes no difference whether the agent is online only or not! High Street agents try to push you into using their contacts for solicitors, surveyors & mortgages (obviously they get kickbacks so want you to use these) but I have found this to be more expensive than sorting out my own. Housenetwork can offer some help such as online contact forms for quotes from providers but it is entirely up to you if you use them. If I move again, in the future, I will definitely look at using Housenetwork again.

Sales completion on house.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and having a dedicated manager throughout the process. If they could not deal with any queries, it was dealt with by another member of the team by the close of day. I felt I had total support from my account manager, who was always friendly and informal. The stress was taken out of the process. All correspondence was transparent to see on the website, something that is not available from high street agents. I would definitely use the company again.

Can't do better than HouseNetwork as your estate agent

I believe the age of the high street estate agency is dead. And thats saying something coming from an ex-estate agent. HouseNetwork have been fantastic, Kristina in particular, charming, kind and helpful but actually everyone who I spoke to have been super. Thank you. We had a neighbour trying to scupper our sale which held everything up yet HouseNetwork continued to liaise with me the seller, our lovely buyers and both sets of solicitors to see the sale through to the end. I've rated them 5stars on every category because although with an on-line agent such as HouseNetwork they don't have the local knowledge, I the vendor doing the viewings has better local knowledge than anyone else!! Value for money wise I saved myself over ten thousand pounds compared to the 1.5% the local agent would have charged me.

I'm absolutely delighted with House Network

I cannot speak highly enough about House Network. From my first contact right through to the exchange on my sale I have been really impressed with everyone I have spoken to. The valuation was spot on, photographs excellent, description and floor plan perfect. The property was advertised almost immediately and resulted in a sale within 2 weeks. Special mention must go to Kristina, our personal negotiator, who has been outstanding. Her mix of efficiency, diplomacy and great negotiating skills have been exceptional and has resulted in our property selling above asking price. Kristina has always been available at the end of the telephone, she has constantly kept us up to date with progress and has seen our transaction through from beginning to successful conclusion. What more could you ask? And this has all been achieved for a fraction of the fees charged by High Street agents. Would I use Housenetwork again? Absolutely. If you are happy to do your own viewings, why wouldn't you? Would I recommend them to others? Without a doubt. In fact I already have. Roy Pryor saved £5869 (based on 1.5% agent commission)

Two houses sold, third to go

As an introduction, the house in question was my mother in law’s and many of her extended family were involved in the process of moving her to sheltered accommodation, so the following comments are a composite. My wife and I recommended using House Network after selling our family home through them around 4 years ago. We have a strong dislike for the frequently arrogant and aggressive approach of conventional high street estate agents, who do not earn their inflated fees with over-optimistic valuations and failure to deliver on promises. Our experience is that House Network does deliver. Particular points are: - The quality presentation of the house details of the property details, especially the photographs, which are not taken by some trainee with a cheap camera that they do not know how to use. - The package approach, so you know what you are going to get, coupled with the benefits of an up front payment. - The efficient, courteous arrangements for viewings and persistence in getting feedback from viewers. - The prompt response to concerns, such as when a second viewer decided that it was acceptable to turn up unannounced with six adults. - The supportive approach of the House Network recommended solicitor. Finally, the strongest recommendation is that my brother and sister in law are currently marketing their own property through House Network. We will continue to suggest in the future that friends and family consider using House Network.

Fantastic service

My Housenetwork experience was very positive, they promptly arranged all of my viewings and have very experienced staff when it comes to offers and negotiation. I also liked the system integration and that we received weekly statistic reports from rightmove to tell us how we were performing. I would certainly use their services again if I come to sell again in the future. Wendy Mellor saved £2288 (based on 1.5% agent commission) PS: this is not a system generated email - and I did type this!

Excellent value and surprisingly good service

We were pleasantly impressed with Housenetwork, their proactive approach and knowledge was second to none. We found them to be much better than their online counterparts as they really gave us the personal touch with a fully dedicated Negotiator. The photos were also great and much better than any of the local competition in the area, we feel this to be a very important point as ultimately any buyer will make their initial enquiry to view of the back of these. All in all a much better service then we ever could have expected and we would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

House Network were great in selling my property

I had not heard of House Network but found them online. From the moment I contacted them to sell my house they were very helpful. They assigned me a contact (Kristina Porter) and she was very informative and helped me through each stage of the sales process. I had many viewings of my property and each time HN contacted me to arrange the viewing and gave me feedback from the viewer. Their online tracking tool was also very easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Can't fault them!

What was good about the Housenetwork experience...everything! It was a lovely surprise to find out how good HN are as I have used local agents in the past and they have been more than lacking. HN's communications are outstanding, the site is easy to use and functional and the photography was great. Housenetwork took a stressful and complicated experience and made it easy and slick like a well oiled machine! I would certainly use their services again and have already recommended them.

Great agent - sold quickly and saved thousands of pounds

We sold our flat in London through House Network and were really pleased with the whole experience. The photos that they took were very professional and I loved the amount of control we had on how our advert appeared on the online sites (e.g. Rightmove). We achieved an asking price offer within 2 weeks of having the flat on the market (far quicker than a similar property in our block sold through a local high street estate agent), and House Network managed every stage of the process very professionally. I particularly liked the fact that we had an account manager dedicated to our sale, and Kristina did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and not only because they saved us thousands of pounds in estate agency fees. Thanks House Network!

Excellent Service

The service I received from HN was superb from the moment I had an initial discussion with the office, to the visit from the surveyor, building the website page and communication with potential buyers and keeping me updated. Add to that, when compared to what conventional estate agents wanted to charge me, I saved enough to pay for most of the new kitchen, I'm very happy and that's not a phrase one usually associates with estate agents! If any of my friends or colleagues are moving house I will recommend they use HN - to me its an absolute "no brainer" - if you're moving house then HN should be your first call.

Great Service, Great

Can't rate highly enough the service we got in putting our house on the market - very quick and painless. Whilst they don't have local knowledge I didn't expect it and the staff were friendly and helpful. The online customer interface is good and you have full control. When our house appeared on Rightmove etc it looked great and it compared really favorably in terms of photos, details and layout with others. We sold in a fairly flat market so what can I say - they did a great job for us,

Very pleased indeed

We were very keen to sell our house, so using an online agent for the first time did represent something of a risk. We selected House Network as it appeared to be the most professional of those offering the service and we were not disappointed in our choice. They took great care to ensure that the presentation of our property was fully up to professional standards, including taking high quality photography and supervising written material as part of the fee package. This contrasts with some other online agents, where inappropriate superlatives, probably inserted by the buyers, are allowed to run riot. Account management was also thorough, conscientious and very professional at every stage, from marketing through to exchange of contracts. In a nutshell, we saved several thousand pounds in commission and received among the best service levels we have ever experienced from an estate agent. If you talk to a high street agent about what makes them different from their online competitors, they will be likely to mention 'working the database' and 'conducted viewings'. In fact, we negotiated special side contracts with two local agents, based entirely on personal introductions, rather than wider marketing. The net result was one introduction, which resulted in an offer from a couple who hadn't sold their house. As for conducted viewings, we always prefer to do our own - so no benefit there, either. We hope very much that we won't have to sell another house but, if we do, it will certainly be through House Network.

Hi Christopher, Many thanks for taking the time to write this review. I think you have picked up on an important selling technique of the 'local agents' which is that of a mailing list. Having worked on the local agency field for a number of years this 'mailing list' is a myth, all it simply is a collection of email addresses and information which has come in via viewing enquiries etc. Not only do we have this very same information, but in the world of the internet all of these interested parties are registered on 3rd party websites like Rightmove, Zoopla etc and will see when a new listing is made available. We do not try and 'coerce' people into purchasing as this is when sales fall through, instead we treat the public with a lot more respect and let them make their own informed decisions based on solid marketing and great customer service. Excellent service after Sold Subject to Contract

Until we had sold subject to contract I felt really stressed and wondering if we had done the right thing going with House Network however once we had sold and Aimee become our negotiator everything was fantastic and everyone was very helpful.
