FANTASTIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I would never use a local estate agent again to sell my property, not just because of the cost saving but also because we had total control of the marketing of the property. I did change the marketing details and photo's part way through as we wanted to come from a slightly different angle but it was so easy to do and there is always somebody available to give you advise. Not only did they achieve a good price for our property they always kept us informed through the whole process. I was concerned part way through because they changed our premier negotiator but I shouldn't have been, the new negotiator was up to speed on our file and it made no difference whatsoever in the quality of service. You may feel apprehensive at first because it is such a new concept but there is no need to, we did it and with great success. Thank you to Aimee Edward (premier negotiator) and housenetwork for selling our property we will definitely be using you again.

Impressed !

From the moment we decided to sell our house through House Network, we were not disappointed. Not only is it fantastic value for money, you genuinely get input into how your house is presented to the market and you also have the freedom to speak with them and amend anything that you feel might help. The pictures that were taken and provided to us were of a very high standard and we genuinely believe that this helped in generating a large amount of interest. Once the viewings started pouring in, the advisors were on hand to ensure that only those in a genuine position to buy were afforded a viewing. Thankfully our house sold very quickly and one of the upsides to paying a flat fee was that we never felt that we were being pressurised into accepting any particular offer. It therefore afforded us an opportunity to hold a sensible discussion based on the strength of each offer and House Network were a great source of advice throughout. Lois Gocking in particular was very efficient and effective in all of our dealings and we are grateful for all of her help. Outstanding value and service - sold in 2 months

We sold our house and completed within 2 months of putting our house on the market. I have used high street agents previously, so I was a little wary of using an on line company , but my experience was that House Network were significantly BETTER. Calls were returned quickly and information was passed on speedily. They were prompt and efficient and everyone was warm and friendly, making it a pleasant experience. All in all I would give House Network a 10 out of 10. They did exactly what it says on the tin - no false promises. I used a local solicitor, though, as I have used on line ones in the past which was much more stressful and problematic. Good luck with your sale ! Outstanding service!!!

A fantastic service! We loved the messaging service which notified us of viewings and that we could also questions on. Messages were responded to promptly and thus saved us spending a long time on the phone. The staff were friendly and could not do enough to help us. We have already reccomended them to friends and family. We cannot thank them enough for working so hard to get us to sell our old home and get us in to our new home. Using House Network we saved £1680 when compared with a high street estate agent (based on 1.5% agent commission). We have sold a property in 2015 with a high street estate agent and the service we got from house network was far superior for only a fraction of the cost.

Sceptical at first but so glad we did!

Friends were sceptical when we said we were using an online selling agent..Aside from the huge cash saving, the only difference was that HouseNetwork didn't have a local list of interested buyers to direct to view our home - but with exposure on all the major house selling websites - this concern was unfounded. The interactive home page, for us to control and understand what was happening with our sale, was clear and easy to navigate, and for any questions we needed to discuss - we always had a named point of contact. All in all - we had control over our sale particulars, the online details were comprehensive, and the service that interested parties received was friendly and quick, from call to viewing. When we reached sale - HN handled some tricky conversations and negotiations on our behalf - in short, it was up to us how much or how little we wanted to be involved!

A breath of fresh air

I signed up with House Network after experiencing poor service from a high street estate agent. House Network gave me a superb service from start to finish at a fraction of the cost of a high street agent, saving me almost £1,500. Their photographs were fantastic and my house sold a week after being listed. My dedicated agent negotiator (Lois) was always up to date on my sale, and any questions or issues I had were handled rapidly and efficiently. They have got it RIGHT!

I have used Housenetwork to sell two houses, one in Devon the other in Yorkshire. From signing up to completion Housenetwork staff have been brilliant in their communication and management of the sales process. Whether it was the initial visit, completing the EPC, providing advice, advertising, booking visits or driving the sales process everything was carried out in a highly professional and supportive manner. The added benefit is the competitive cost of their service - no surprises, no commission or add-on costs only excellent value. Housenetwork - Excellent service throughout

We were extremely happy with Housenetwork, they provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our property. From the time of valuation to being marketed on Rightmove, along with 40 super photos, was less than 36 hours. We were allocated a personal negotiator who was extremely efficient and professional. We accepted an offer within two days of marketing after 12 viewings over two days but unfortunately after a few weeks the buyer pulled out. Housenetwork were straight onto it. We had another 15 viewings over three days and accepted an offer after guidance by our personal negotiator. The sale went through to completion. We liked doing the viewings ourselves as this gives viewers more availability for evening and weekend viewings. Also, we knew the property better than anyone to provide answers to the viewers questions. They have an excellent system for feedback after viewings and always kept us updated throughout the sale of our property with a high level of communication. The staff are very friendly, approachable and very efficient. We would definitely recommend Housenetwork and would use them again.

House Network - No brainer

I was very apprehensive in selling my house through an internet agent but all my apprehensions faded when House Network arranged a home visit. They work exactly in the manner that a typical high street agent operates and their service is top notch..The house was on the market within 24 hours of home visit and they posted 36 pictures which is much higher than a typical agent will do. Our Personal Negotiator Matthew qualified the viewers/buyers beforehand to ensure there were no time wasters. The sale was agreed within 3 weeks of listing and post that the sales progression team kept us informed at every step till the final completion. Special mention to Aimee who did a fabulous job. In the end I sold my house for £600, I would 100% recommend this service to anyone, it is a no brainer going with HouseNetwork.

Excellant value & service

The thing I liked most about Housenetwork was the ease of communication, I could always speak to someone at any stage of my sale process. My Neogitator Sian Smith always kept me updated and was proactive throughout my sale. In particular Housenetwork excelled in terms of getting my property online, the agent visited me at 12pm midday and by 10pm that evening I was on Rightmove. Amazing Value, Professional, Quick and Easy

I was extremely happy with the standard of service provided by Housenetwork. The initial setup of my account was quick and easy, communication was excellent throughout - the account managers were friendly and professional (no flannel!). The quality of the photos was phenomenal and the speed at which we went live on the Web was lightning fast! All the way through the process we were kept informed of any and all developments as they happened. I spoke to the same account manager every time and I didnt have to repeat myself once (typically a pet hate of mine). I preferred to show potential buyers around the property myself so that suited me perfectly, after all, who knows my home better than me? On top of all this, the cost for such a good, effective service was incredibly reasonable. Actually, compared to what we would have paid a high street estate agent, it was unbelievably low! Thank you for what turned out to be an enjoyable process! BTW, our house went 'live' on Wednesday evening. We had 9 viewings on Thursday and Friday and a further 11 on Saturday. We accepted an offer on the Following Monday. That's quick!

House Network - Fantastic!!!

After deciding to move house earlier this year, my wife and I thought who we could use to sell our house and so invited a couple of local high street estate agents plus House Network for valuations. We were both very interested in selling our own home and wanted to keep costs to a minimum, so HN appealed to us greatly. Brad from HN visited us and was very helpful and explained how HN work very simply and in detail. The high street estate agents visited and both were good but at the same time, they made our decision even easier by telling us our house was great and so would sell without a problem, so the decision to use HN was made even quicker and easier. Why would we pay approximately £2000 when HN could do the same job for £595? After paying the fee, Brad visited us and took a series of great photos which were uploaded the same day. We then logged in to the website, chose our preferred photos, completed the advert description and within a short period of time, the advert was live. Within a matter of hours, Sian was on the phone telling us about interested parties and arranging viewings. Sian is very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with ease. She helped to make the process as stress free as it could be. Due to the interest, our house sold in less than a week, with six offers from eight viewings. After this point, my wife and I asked many questions, most of which we submitted via the ticket system on HM's website. A response would usually arrive very quickly from Sian and was always answered very thoroughly. As the sale progressed, the process was all very simple and straightforward. We completed the sale in just over three months without a hitch. We actually managed to sell our house for £18,000 above the asking price of £160,000 which was a massive bonus! Overall, the House Network experience was very enjoyable and rewarding and kept the stress levels to a minimum. We would highly recommend House Network to everyone and if we ever move again, we will be using them 100%!

Great value and service and more importantly a great outcome!

Although we were a little sceptical about using an online estate agent we were seduced by the much lower fees and decided to 'give it a go'! The local Housenetwork sales agent, Lee called and took photos and details of the property which we were able to review and amend online the same day. The property was live on the Internet very quickly and we had viewings arranged within a few days. Our online sales negotiator Richard was always helpful and supportive. The weekly statistics helped us to decide if the property was receiving enough online attention and as a consequence we did reduce the price.and eventually we accepted an offer and Richard help,to guide us through to a successful exchange of contract by liasing with our buyer and their solicitor as needed. In a sometime difficult housing market we are delighted that the house has sold within 6 months and we have saved about £3500 in fees.

Excellent service from beginning to end

Initially we were a little bit unsure about using an online estate agent, we were wrong to worry. From the outset they were professional and easy to work with. Ben came and did the initial valuation and layout,he even did a tour. Our property was on the market within 24hours. We were allocated our own account manager Lois, she was excellent, every communication was backed up with an email which was really useful when you took a call at work. If I rang her and she was unavailable, within five minutes she rang me back. On top of all this we saved more than £2.5k by using them. The only things we had to do were our own viewings and arrange our own key handover and neither were an issue. We have now moved in to our new home and more than happy with the service we received.
