The modern way to sell a house!

I am a returning customer having sold a house through House Network three years ago. I decided to return to House Network having compared the offers from both local estate agents and other online agents. House Network remained extremely competitive and the service is second to none. Some people consider that not having a physical presence on the high street is a negative. Having a high street presence gives you nothing in the estate agency business these days. My property was listed on all of the major search sites and I had lots of interest immediately after going live (more than I could deal with)! In fact, I sold my house to the first viewer at just under the asking price! House Network also work much more efficiently than their high street competitors and I had a dedicated agent assigned to look after my sale. When Sian was not available, it was made clear via the website who was sitting in for her and I still got responses to my queries within a very short period of time. This efficiency is backed up by decent processes that ensure that both I as the seller and my viewers/buyer were all looked after and had all of the relevant information when I or they needed it. Such efficiency is definitely not part of the service given by the high street agents in my personal experience. I cannot recommend House Network enough and would definitely use them again (if I were to move again) and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. Not very helpful

There is no transparency when you put an offer on a house, they will not help on a desicion to actually get the house. Really cold selling. They try to get you to use a finance advisor regardless of you having one already. They are just another cold useless estate agent.!!

Great experience

It was our first time using an online estate agent and we would definitely look to use The HouseNetwork for our next house move. I would never have considered an online estate agent before now and really didn't know what to expect but it was a great experience. It was great being shown around by the vendor who could answer all our questions regarding neighbours, schools etc I loved that contact was mostly by email as I could deal with things in my own time but whenever necessary HouseNetwork were at the end of the phone. Staff were always prompt in their dealings, friendly and polite, overall a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Couldnt be happier

Fantastic experience, couldnâ€™t fault House Network at all. Communications along the way and updates where useful. Recommending Solicitors and building insurance was useful. Viewings where organised swiftly and putting in the offer we had a go to person and they were quick to contact the sellers and get back to us. I was a bit dubious at first with it being an online estate agent but this worked really well and any questions they picked up the phone or email right away better than an estate agents being round the corner. Would definite use to sell or buy again, They say buying a house is the most stressful thing you go through and this was a breeze. Thank you for making it stress free!

Fantastic Service from negotiator Richard Robinson who looked after us from start to finish. I can highly recommend House Network for all of their services offered. We were not the vendors but buyers through this agent. They were efficient,,professional and absolutely brilliant, kept us fully informed of each stage of the process by helping chase solicitors and moving the transaction to completion. One of their advisers Megan worked tirelessly to get this purchase through as we had some hiccups along the way, as with all house buying, and she helped by taking the stress off of us. I can only advise people to use this company and services and can only praise them for an efficient service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to use in the future for buying and selling

Better than a high street agent! Smooth and simple process

Our vendor utilised the services of House Network and throughout the buying process I found that they communicated more frequently than my own agents! I utilised a high street estate agency for the sale of my own property and paid a substantial amount of money for a service that was not as good as that received from house network. The process from start to finish was efficient, smooth and not at all as stressful as I was initially expecting. I would actively recommend the use of their services.

Brilliant service

House Network were selling a property we were really interested in. I contacted them and they explained how the viewing process worked. They took my details and contacted the vendor. Within 20 minutes a viewing was arranged. We made an offer on the property and House Network contacted me to explain the process. The following day our offer had been accepted. House Network contacted me regularly to keep me up to date with the progress of the purchase. I was very impressed with the service received from House Network and would definitely recommend them.

Professional,faultless purchase of my new home

I was walking past the house that I have just purchased, as the House Network sign was going up. My sister called the number on the board and we were looking at the house an hour later. Throughout the purchase, Housing Network worked closely with my solicitor and issued regular, joint updates to me and the owners of the property. Better than my estate agents

I bought my new house in May 2017 and House Network acted for the sellers. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wished I had used them to sell my old house. They kept me fully informed on the progress of my purchase and were efficient in arranging my viewings and in responding to my requests or queries.
