The best online estate agent. - far better than high street agents

House Network were extremely helpful, attentive and professional. Having been quite a drawn out process, our buyers buyer delaying exchange, and reducing his offer on our buyers house, if our negotiator Aimee hadn't of stepped in, I do not think we would of got to exchange, let alone completion. Aimee's persistence and pleasant manner kept the sale on track. This is my second successful house sale with House Network, I cannot recommend them highly enough, I will definitely use them again, they not only saved me thousands of pounds, they are in my experience a massive improvement over all of the traditional local Estate Agents I have previously used.

Abigail Wills at House Network

What a brilliant and refreshing experience dealing with a competent, kind and hard working estate agent like Abigail Wills. Doubly welcome after a sorry succession of local agents ill-equipped for the challenges of house selling in our on-line 24/7 world. With Abigail and House Network we sold our place - a ramshackle old village stores - within six months. Queries are answered 24/7 and the property extensively advertised on all leading sites - right move, zoopla etc. Best of all I could speak to Abigail when I needed to and always had questions satisfactorily answered. Her advice was always succint and to the point.. We received feedback from viewings and potential viewers were vetted for us - unhappily not the case with locals out our way. I recommend Abigail Wills wholeheartedly - a great ambassador for the burgeonig on line estate agency sector. Save serious money, hassle and uncertainty by going with House Network. First class service, amazing price!

House Network to put it simply were brilliant. As soon as our property went onto the market we had a call from them for a viewing request. We sold within a week and special thanks having to go to our amazing premier negotiator Sian Maydon who achieved two offers over the asking price for us! The good service however did not stop there, they continued to update and guide us through the selling process ensuring that our buyers were also kept updated and happy every step of the way. Whenever we phoned with a query we were always able to get through to someone if Sian was not available and whoever we spoke to was incredibly professional whilst being welcoming and friendly at the same time. If you are in two minds about using House Network to sell your home you need to know these guys are excellent at what they do and are without a doubt the future of estate agencies! Efficient service

Although there were a couple of hiccups regarding the notes on my account, it was still a really easy, efficient service. The pics were taken of the house and it was on right move within 24 hours. The house sold within 2 weeks ( in fact the first people who viewed ended up offering more than the asking price, as I had 2 offers). When I was trying to query delays on the conveyancing, it was Aimee from House Network that got answers from my buyers solicitors before my own solicitor! This service was excellent. Why would anyone use high street estate agents when House Network is such good value ?! I have already recommended them and will be using again . Brilliant.

Budget price but premium service

Thought I might get a budget service due to the budget price and prepared myself to have to drive the sale of my house and carry out a lot of the leg work. Also prepared myself for problems of lack of face to face communication. I couldn't have been more wrong. What I received was a premium service. Housenetwork were ahead of me at every step. Organisation was impeccable and it really was a pain free experience. Would never consider using a 'traditional' estate agent again. Was impressed that I spoke with quite a number of different agents every time I called up for an update and was always given the details I needed there and then. A very well organised and professional team who know what they're doing and do it well.

This is the second time I have used House Network to sell a property they provide a first class service. They assign you a personal negotiator to manage your sale providing a personal touch. You can communicate through their messaging service confident that the query will be dealt with or pick up the phone to speak to your negotiator in person. My negotiator was Aimee and she was very efficient. We had some friends who used a different agent ( a local agent) their experience was not so positive and they paid £2500 more for the experience.

House Network have been supremely fab throughout! The speed at which they sent out the photographer was amazing, the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism of Lee was astounding and our property was on the market in no time- with our choice of words and pictures. Richard Robinson is such a credit to the company, diplomatic, available and reassuring when needed, the back up team were approachable and helpful too. There is nothing I can complain about, our fears about lack of local contact have been completely allayed. The company have a great system that so worked for us. We have dealt with Estate Agents in the past, but they have never been that good, also costing a lot more. We chose the Premium package because we thought a results based price would give us a better service,I cant judge what the cheaper package would have given us, but £1200 has been a bargain for us. Thank you so much team, you should be proud of what you do.

Excellent and Friendly Service

I recently used House Network for the sale of my London flat. From the first contact with Peter who gave the valuation and took the most amazing photos - to the very end of the process - I was really impressed with the professionalism and support I received from them. They vetted each viewer and gave me a run down of their current status and followed up with them post viewing. Although I always had a dedicated member of the team looking after me (Sian and Amy), I found that whoever answered the phone was able to deal with whatever query I had. I have already recommended them to a number of people and will definitely use them again when it comes time to sell my mother's house. Great job !

Fantastic value for money and excellent professional service

Very professional at all times, much better photos than the local high street agents took. Always were quick to respond to questions or viewers requests. We were so disappointed when we used the high street agents with their lack of care and attention and personal service when trying to sell our property. When we went with house network we were sceptical how good they could be with only charging such a small fee compared to the high street agents. I've been really pleased with House Network from beginning to end. The photographs and description were good, presenting my home in the best possible light. Excellent service, cost efficient

First and very good experience with the House Network. Kristina Porter has been a great Account Manager. The notification by email are great so that you know what is going on. Everything is logged so you have full visibility. HN will also call you back in case your call is not being answered (at busy times) to check that you have spoken to somebody which shows they care. The commission package still offers massive savings. Overall I would recommend to anyone who is "connected" to use them. All the people i interacted with have been very professional. Great businesses do not need TV superstar to run their marketing, they just deliver good service and referrals! Well done HN and Kristina!

Brilliant service!

I regret using House Network as they have no regard for the data protection act. They have given out my personal phone number to my buyer without informing me - let alone asking permission! I am now being harassed by the buyer who is complaining that House Network are uncooperative. The buyer cannot get a survey done due to House Network failing to stick to appointments. On top of this House Network I discover, are sending my door keys out to people so they may enter my property unaccompanied as they wish. Utter negligence. My advice is to steer well clear of this outfit if you value your privacy and security.

High St Agents are now irrelevant

had always used a traditional High Street Estate Agent for sellling properties in the past so the idea of using an online agency like House Network was something that completely new to me and I only took the plunge after an associate sold his house through House Network and was delighted how much cash he had saved. Using House Network was a dream - their offices were staffed 24 hours a day so, I could change the pictures of my property any time that I cared and to top it all their negotiators were top class and completely professional in their dealings with me, potential buyers and solicitors. If only all other companies involved did it as well as them

We had originally thought of using a local company with a High Street presence but were amazed at the poor performance when we looked at other properties they were arranging the viewings on. The apparent lack of interest the staff showed with little or no salesmanship does not justify the fees they charge. Then we looked at a property House Network was marketing, and although we didn't offer on it, we realised this company knew how to sell. There whole approach is top notch. They came out and reviewed the packages available to us in an easy manner that was friendly and approachable. We weren't pushed into signing anything on the spot and were given the opportunity to make our own minds up and decide on a package and time frame that worked for us.. All the photos taken were great and really showed off the property well, with a brilliant understanding of using the correct lighting levels and angles. The floor-plan detailed the layout perfectly. Once they had been done, we were ready to go on the market within days. Dont be phased by paying the fees up front. They work harder than any estate agent we have dealt with ever in the last 20 years and 6 moves. They are very fair costs and you can decide on various options to suit. House Network confirmed viewing days with us and worked to fill the hours we gave them. The best thing I found after that was they chased everybody that booked a viewing to provide feedback, with leading questions so we could change our marketing approach if we needed. After our sale was confirmed, they kept chasing to ensure the deal completed. We really do wish they had been dealing with the house we bought as well, because it would have been so much easier. One final comment, if the solicitor / conveyancing aspect of house purchase could be turned on its head like they have done with the marketing, life would be a lot less stressful.
