Brilliant and simple

Brilliant from beginning to end. This was the first time I'd used an online estate agent, and I chose House Network after doing my own comparisons based on websites and phone calls. The people involved could not have been more helpful - there when you need them, but never pushy. To have my own area to set up details on the house - as I wanted them to be - was first class. And it worked: we received an acceptable offer for the house within a week of it being listed on property portals. Would I recommend House Network to my neighbours? I already have, as many have been asking. A first rate service: professional, friendly, informative, etc. I had concerns about the 'leap in the dark' to use an online agent. But House Network were everything I wanted an estate agent to be.

Great service at a Fantastic Price

From the outset Housenetwork have given a great service. We felt we were in control of our house sale, setting the price we wanted, choosing the pictures we liked but with guidance from professional people. We benefitted from a premium listing with lots of photographs and a detailed floor plan all at a fixed no sale no fee price. Most of all was the complete transparency house network offers. By us meeting our viewers and having their comments and offers in writing we felt it was an honest and open process from start to finish. I will use Housenetwork again - in fact my neighbour is going to use them now.

Helpful, efficient and timely House Network did the job brilliantly

We found House Network extremely efficient in all aspects of house selling. They were at least equal and often better than the traditional shop-based estate agents we have dealt with in the past. House Network worked hard at ensuring lots of viewings and following these up for viewers' comments afterwards. All the staff we spoke to were courteous, helpful and very quick at answering queries. Setting up the house on their website was easy and the service from the representative who came to take the details and the photographs was professional and thorough. Should we sell in the future we would certainly use House Network again and we have in hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Many thanks to all at House Network.

Great, smooth and straight forward

At the very beginning we were a bit unsure about doing our own viewings, but it was actually a great experience and we managed to sell in only 2 weeks... for a fraction of the price! The House Network team is fantastic, from the person who comes round to carry out an evaluation to the lovely people on the other end of the phone organising viewings, requesting feedback and making sure that everything is being taken care of for you later on in the process. They are always there for you and happy to help, so we can only strongly recommend their service!

Excellent service and saved money

House Network provided a great service and we saved nearly £6000 in agents fees. We liked the fact that there were a choice of packages to choose from and we could tailor the package to suit us. The photos, floor plans an EPC were of excellent standard showing our property at its best. Our negotiator and her team were efficient, helpful and friendly and we were regularly updated on progress. It was great that we could book weekly phone calls for progress reports on a day and time that suited us. People viewing our property also commented on the professionalism and ease of communication with House Network. We would certainly use them again.

Brilliant

We recently sold our house using House Network, we couldn't fault them at all. We were kept updated constantly and the staff are really helpful. We really appreciated that we could always speak to somebody and that if we asked for, or was promised a callback we always got it which really reassured us that we had a reliable team working on our behalf. We would definitely recommend them, online agents are the way forward, you get a much better service at a fraction of the cost of the high street agents, we saved almost £7000! Mr & Mrs W - Surrey

Excellent Value for Money

House Network provided us with a superb service in selling our flat in Kensington, west London in 2015. The person who came to photograph the flat was very helpful and friendly. The staff we spoke to on the phone were always very efficient and we always got through to them straightaway. Our flat sold quickly. I would strongly recommend House Network to anyone who is willing to show their own home to prospective buyers and save an absolute fortune on estate agents' fees.

Good value for money

This is a great way to cut out the middle man and save a lot of money! You are in charge of when and how you do viewings, there is no need to give your key to anyone and you save a packet. You get plants of feedback online which help you to make alterations and makes the selling process easier. I couldn't believe how much money I saved taking out the presence of the high street estate agent .

Excellent service, well recommended

I've found House Network to be very good at what they do, a lot of the time they have found out information relating to the sale faster than my Solicitor. I am very pleased with the saving I have made with going through an Online Estate Agent, I don't know how High Street Estate Agents can sleep at night charging what they do. I've saved over 75% of my house selling costs doing it this way. In times where buying/selling is unjustifiable expensive with ludicrous charges from all side I'd definitely recommend House Network for a very fair and just price for the work involved in Estate agency.

Effortless.

This is the first time I moved In forty years and so we found the prospect of selling quite daunting.Thankfully House Network were really helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free from start to finish. The photos and listing created for our property were great, we had all the details for every viewer that came round so we knew what position they were in. When we did move to the sale the team were really helpful and made sure everything kept moving, whilst keeping us up to date. This is the 1st time I used an internet company and I wouldn't hesitate again. I've already recommend House Network to my friends and would do so to anybody looking to sell their home.

A great experience

Fantastic professional and efficient service. Our property sold in 3 days and right the way through the process our personal advisor kept us up to date in our weekly catch up call which took place at a time convenient to us. We were introduced to Housenetwork by friends who had used the service and we would never have considered this option without hearing their experience however we would certainly use them again. In addition to the great service we made a considerable saving on the fixed fee against the 1% plus VAT we were quoted by traditional agents.

Excellent company, brilliant service

I had never used an online Estate agency before, so I was a bit worried about how it all worked. However from start to finish House Network were absolutely brilliant. Previously I had the property on with a normal estate agent and we got hardly any viewings. Within 3 weeks with House Network we got loads of viewings and the house was sold for a great price. At every step of way House Network provided excellent support and communication. I got plenty of notice for each viewing and feedback afterwards. I cannot recommend them more highly and I will never be using a high street estate agent again!

Best estate agents I have ever used, fast, friendly and efficient service

I would highly recommend using House Network to anybody, they are friendly, efficient and very well organised. I always felt informed every step of the way. Best estate agents I have every used. I was given my own agent to deal with the sale of my property who was always very helpful. If my agent was away from the office my personal information page on the website was updated with an alterative contact person and their contact details. My details were always upto date on the system so anyone could help with any queries I had brilliant service which I have no hesitation in recommending in fact I already have to several people.

First rate service again

Excellent value and service

I am really glad that I chose to use Housenetwork. They have been professional and helpful throughout what turned out to be a fairly arduous property sale; my requests were always followed up on quickly, and I found the online system easy to use and very efficient. Of the potential buyers who came to view the property, several mentioned that they preferred being shown around by the owner instead of a clueless agent. I don't feel that I have lost out at all compared to a traditional agent, and the cost saving has been significant.

Excellent service, Speedy sale

I was unsure whether to use an online agent or high street so I spoke to both. I chose house network as the initial guy I spoke to was really helpful in answering my questions and made me feel I could trust them to sell my house. I live 300 miles away from where the house was being sold so was concerned about conduction visits etc however with the support of the sales team we agreed time and dates which suited me and all viewings were completed. I was warned by high street agent that online agents weren't good at sales progression no once you were sold stc I would be left high and dry. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The support right up until completion was excellent (slight delay right at the end as Kristina my sales negotiator left the company but nothing to worry about) I would highly recommend them, the savings I made in excess of £3k was a great bonus, the easy on line system to manage the photos of my house and some good involvement in writing the blurb all helped to make me feel like I was being listened to.

Cheap and easy way to seel a house

I cannot understand how anyone would use a high street over House Network especially over the difference in price. We paid £600 and got service we wanted. We didn't want agents wandering around with people who were not really interested and just on a mailing list. We always wanted to do the viewings ourselves as we know the house better than any agent. We were warned that the after sales service wouldn't be as good as you pay the fee upfront but this was not the case at all. We were put in touch with a solicitor and moved in to our new house within eight weeks. We would recommend anyone to use House Network, it was easy and cheap!

Most of the people that they have on that list are endless purchasers that have nothing better to do at the weekends then view houses. Real buyers do their research, and consider your own experiences, where did you look first. For 99% of people in the UK online is always the first port of call, followed by finding a property online and contacting whichever agency that property is on the market with. Very highly recommended, great business model. We were a little concerned about paying money at the front end of the deal, before exchange or completion as we were worried that there was no incentive for staff to get the deal done. However, these fears were groundless, and Kristina and the sales progression team were all brilliant. Previously, about a year ago, we had no end of problems with a big, local "chain" estate agent and we lost our original buyer through a total lack of professionalism on their behalf. But House Network are definitely the way forward, and we saved close to £6,000 in fees on what we would've paid a "traditional" high street agent. To all the old-school high street esatate agents with their flashy shopfronts, designer suits, flashy company cars giving us appallingly sloppy service with rediculous fees, we say "Wake up guys, your days are well and truly numbered!"

Selling your own house - you can with House Network

We had previously been on the market for some time and to an extent has left the estate agents to get on with it, but this left us without any data or evidence on which to base our marketing and selling decisions. We found that the feedback through House Network, both in the form of enquirer/viewing feedback and web stats has been particularly helpful to our sales strategy. I also quite liked meeting with enquirers to get first hand ideas of the selling potential and how that feedback could help with marketing, and the clear and timely communications from my personal sales advisor - Abigail Wills - or whoever was covering for her. I would also add that prior to signing up with House network, I did a thorough search of both local and internet options and yours was chosen on the basis of what, in our view, would be the most effective service - and you haven't disappointed. Mrs Y saved £2475 (based on 1.5% agent commission)

Don’t feel nervous about it, Just do it.

I was a bit sceptical to try an online estate agent, but I’m glad I did as they saved me thousands in extra and needless fees. I was going to use a main high street estate agent, but after looking at the contract that they tried to get me to sign I thought there’s no way I’m going to sign that, so I looked online for alternatives. Housenetwork offered a good package and after looking online at reviews I decided to try them. No sole selling rights contracts to sign, I just paid upfront fees then didn’t have to pay any commission on completion of the sale. They advertised my house on the big portals and had a great response straight away. My house sold over the asking price within 5 days of it going live. They were great from start to finish and will defiantly use them again.

Efficient and well priced

We can't fault House Network over the sale of our house recently. From the first moment we were treated with consideration and courtesy and the whole experience was .quite painless. Successful Sale using House Network

When we opted to use an on-line company to sell our house we were initially apprehensive but we need not have been. We decided to sell on the Wed, had their surveyor/photographer visit on the following Friday and were live on the main property portals by Sunday. I was very impressed with the surveyor visit. he was very professional, took his time and took about 30 photos which looked very impressive. We had immediate interest and arranged about 13 viewings and had the house Sold 8 days later above the offers price. I found the house network experience to be fantastic and would recommend. 10 out of 10.

I had not sold a property for over 20 years and was daunted by the prospect. House Network was recommended by a friend and this was an excellent recommendation.
