Great way to sell your house, constant feedback unlike local estate agents who are hostile when you say you are using House network, don't know why anyone would use a local estate agent and who goes into a shop these days anyway. All the scare stories that I encountered from local agents are simply not true because they know they cant compete on service or price

Many local agencies are concerned about the threat we pose, and instead of talking up their own stats etc, they choose to negatively talk down the competition (counter productive if you ask us!). We have just sold our house though the Housenetwork and they have been fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to people. They saved us tens of thousands of pounds and were highly professional. The photos they took of our house were brilliant, they answered the phone promptly and dealt with queries quickly and efficiently. Never going to use a high street estate again!!

On average our clients save £5,000 compared to using a High Street equivalent. Some might think this is at the expense of some of the services a traditional agent might offer, but this is completely untrue. Title says it all. No hidden agenda's from these guys. Photo's were great - much better than I have seen from other online and high street agents.
Yes you need to do your own viewings but this can be a good thing. Also I personally recommended you exchange contact details with your buyer/seller and this made our journey a lot easier.

We were a little dubious because of the huge difference in cost from a high street estate agent and HN but i cant understand how the high street estate agents can justify their commissions now that we have been through the process using both. You are a little more involved than you would be normally but that actually suited us.
