I can highly recommend House Network for all of their services offered. We were not the vendors but buyers through this agent. They were efficient,,professional and absolutely brilliant, kept us fully informed of each stage of the process by helping chase solicitors and moving the transaction to completion. One of their advisers Megan worked tirelessly to get this purchase through as we had some hiccups along the way, as with all house buying, and she helped by taking the stress off of us. I can only advise people to use this company and services and can only praise them for an efficient service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to use in the future for buying and selling

Brilliant - no brainer!

A brilliant, efficient and value for money service - a no brainer - recommended by a friend and neighbour who was helped in selling their house! Bonus given for recommending someone! A representative from House Network was quick to come and do the basic preparation for marketing our house - plans and photos - and providing a valuation of the property, surprisingly more than 3 local estate agents who came many months earlier. We supplied more photos and text which were accessible for us to amend at any time. We were able to control the presentation. After the preparation of the online website we paid the very realistic, all in, unlimited period fee, for which we were given an immediate 5% discount. After all this preparation we then waited for the appropriate moment before selecting the "launch " option on the website, as we had been waiting to find another house to buy. We decided to go ahead in the end and risk the need to rent. As it happened, this was not necessary due to a series of coincidences and we had an offer accepted on an ideal house. Meanwhile, in less than two weeks from our house launch we had a very good offer near the limits as suggested by House Network. 3 visits later by our prospective buyer, followed by a couple of months whilst solicitors sorted the legalities, and we had sold our house and found ourselves safely installed in our new home. On completion House Network gave us a £100 Amazon gift voucher. Do the maths and see the considerable £avings from using this establish online agent compared with the local high street agents - a no brainer!

Exceptionally professional and expert handling of a complicated chain.

After disappointing experiences with traditional local Estate Agents, I was absolutely delighted with the whole service at Housenetwork. Our home move was far from straight-forward, a complicated chain with poor communication and some parties threatening to pull out at the last minute, but our negotiator and her colleagues showed great leadership and level-headed competency in pulling the different threads together. In the early stages, I particularly valued the control that Housenetwork afforded us to get the marketing just right. With traditional Estate Agents, we found we had to just make do with an inaccurate floor plan, or poor pictures, or uninspiring text. With Housenetwork, we could update and control our brochure as many times as we liked, and our change requests were always approved promptly, usually updating on Rightmove within minutes. We originally signed up with HouseNetwork to avoid the excessive fees of local High Street rivals, but after such a good experience, I wouldn’t consider going back to the high street even if the fees were the same.

Best ever remote estate agent

I started to use HouseNetwork from this March, it was very good experience to have once off payment in advanced and have life support from it. Then I managed the property sale myself without any problem - I could add my photos, wordings online any time, just need a bit time to get approved from the Agent. The views arrangement is straightforward, I only listed those days with time slots I could do, the agent will do the rest. We had the first buyers almost within two weeks time since the sale was launched but it fell off due to the buyer's credit issue alter, I had to restart the sale from September, and soon I had the buyer as well and the sales went through smoothly since then. Apart from sending and reading online messages, I don't need to contact the HouseNetwork as the dedicated Agent will contact you on weekly base and update you any progress until the completion is done which is very helpful. It really saved me a lot time and money. I will definitely use HouseNetwork again.

House selling at its best

I read an article about using an on line agent to sell your house. I told my daughter about it. They then used Housenetwork to sell there apartment in london. They were really impressed with there professionalism and customer care. Also managed to save about £3000.00 or more in the process . We have just used them to sell another property and they have been excellent as before. Sold the property straight away. Very helpful staff. Plus saved us more high estate agents fees. I would highly recommend them.

The best agent I have ever known

I would have no hesitation in recommending House Network to anybody. The price they charged was very reasonable for such a professional service. The communication was outstanding as they always followed up an inquiry or updated us whenever they could and were always on hand whenever we needed help or needed something doing. Saved thousands and took control of our sale

Looking back, it's funny the clues that some traditional agents give away in their standard patter. "Your house will sell itself" was mentioned a couple of times, and "people these days use internet sites such as RightMove". So we decided to test an alternative, and for less than 15% of the usual fee, the housenetwork put us in control of selling our home. We produced the brochure, we took additional photos, we described the property and the local area, and we showed people our home and answered all their questions as we walked round (rather than saying "not sure, I've not shown this property before"). We sold our house at the right price and saved thousands on fees. Highly recommended.

Excellant Service!

Having looked at several online agents and compared some of the listings they had on right move and asked friends for recommendations, I chose House Network. The photographs and house details were extremely professional and when they came to undertake the listing for my house, i wasn't disappointed. We had an offer at asking price from the first people that viewed the house, with many other viewings booked in the mean time. The service has been fantastic across the whole process and i have already recommended House Network to a number of other people. Why pay a % of your sale to an agent and still potentially be knocked down on price by a buyer!

Would never use a high street agent again

Having been referred to house network by a friend I was initially skeptical. I had become very frustrated with my high street estate agent and I could not see how the house network would be able to offer a better service. I have to say I am now a convert. I have been delighted with the whole experience, the professionalism and the ease of dealing with them. The icing on the cake is that I have also saved a significant amount of money and after my house being on the market with a high street agent for 8 months it was sold after one week of being on the market with the house network. I'm so pleased we went with housenetwork and will definitely use them again- in fact I have already recommended them to my sister. We were actually in with two estate agents- a high street one and housenetwork. Our house sold through housenetwork after our buyer contacted the high street estate agents, got nowhere with them, so arranged a viewing via housenetwork. The fact it was all online worked for us as we were contactable when on holiday and were able to take our house off the market for a few weeks at the click of a button when we needed a break from constant cleaning! excellent, fully recommended!

No need for estate agents, their 'local knowledge' boils down to searching recent sold prices in the area which HN do for you. Estate agents also claim that they're better at showing buyers around the property, well all my viewers pretty much showed themselves round then we had a chat about area/work on house etc. If i needed someone with the IQ of a spoon to stand next to me saying "yeah this property has great windows hurr" then I'd have considered an estate agent, but would have paid a few grand for the privilege as everything else estate agents do, HN do better, for less money. Great service, great tools to use, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent value for. money

When we decided to sell our property, we invited 2 local agents plus House Network to value it. The selling fees quoted by the other agents were at least 2 or 3 times the fees of House Network, yet we could not see the benefit of using a local agent other than our property being in an agents window. Nowadays the majority of people look online anyway so we decided to go with House Network and our photos were taken within the valuation appointment. Within 2 days, our property was online one Thursday afternoon and the enquiries started coming through immediately. We liked the fact that we could edit and even add our own photos as well edit the descriptions etc. The first viewing was on Saturday and by Monday morning the first viewers had made an offer. Arranging the viewings was simple and we had our own negotiator who we could contact anytime during the process so she was familiar with our file. We have already recommended House Network to friends who have used them and would have no hesitation recommending again. Above all else the service was faultless and I cannot see why anyone would need to spend 2 or 3 times more on traditional agents fees when you can get the same service for a much lower price.

Great communication and great value for money

House Network were very efficient and from the start offered the personal attention to the sale I needed. The valuer made an onsite visit, and within a week the house was on the market with photographs. A nice touch is the ability to add your own photographs, select the set you want viewed and order them as you like. The communication was brilliant. I had a single point of contact throughout the sale supported by 1.- the online messaging system and 2 - telephone contact 24x7 if I needed it. House Network managed the contact with solicitors during the sale process which was invaluable. I would recommend House Network without hesitation. All Estate Agents are not the same

The end of the High Street Agent?

Had 4 agents round to value the property and although House Network weren't the cheapest, they also were anything but expensive compared to the High Street! From the agent first coming round I felt assured that they were the right ones for me. I found the staff to be extremely polite, friendly and never in a hurry to get me off the phone! I have no hesitation if recommending them for cost and customer services - can't believe anyone would use a High Street agent when you have this at your fingertips!

Excellent value and service

I've sold many houses over the years and always used the traditional high street method. I thought I would b brave and try an online company as I believe that most people only search for a property via this route. What can I say, I'm so glad I did! Really pleased with the service

This was my first time using an online estate agent and settled on Housenetwork after reading many review sites. I was impressed from start to finish with the process: from the advert and photographs, booking appointments, the instant messaging system which allowed an easy response when I missed a call at work, negotiations, chasing updates from solicitors and the rest of the chain. I also liked the relaxed approach, as I didn't want my buyer to be pressured the way I was by my vendor's estate agents. The best bit of all? Zero commission payable on completion and top service for a bargain up-front cost. Would completely recommend.

House Network - My experience

From the very first contact, I felt that House Network actually wanted to sell my house. I had 4 estate agents visit my house and House Network were the only ones that kept in touch. The others seemed to think that silence was the best sales tool. The valuation wasn't the highest, but in my opinion was the most realistic. Incidentally, we achieved the asking price. HN sold my house in a month and charged me 80% less than our best quote.

I would recommend House Network to anyone and I wouldn't normally do that, I thought that the staff were all very professional and efficient and you could always get hold of someone to help you at the end of the phone if any concerns or problems. I also liked having control of the website but again there was always somebody to help if I wasn't sure about something. As well it was great not to have a bill at the end as I paid upfront. We did not mind showing people around as we could answer all their questions on the spot, and who knows your house better than you!

House Network - Efficient and easy way to sell your property

I had a view of estate agents that they did little to justify their high percentage commission on the sale of a property however using House Network was a revelation. From the day I instructed them they were professional , efficient and reported back on every part of the sale of my property. It was all internet based and they are located in Essex whilst I was selling in Lancashire although you would have thought they were just down the road from me. I even asked them to phone at certain times of the day which they obliged ,reporting back within days of a viewers comments. Once sold they even followed up on the sale process all for a fraction of the cost of a high street agent. I would use House Network again without considering local agents due to its convenience and efficiency. Coincidently I viewed a property to buy some weeks back now via a local agent who have not even phoned me to ask my interest! - this is the difference I believe between House Network and high street agents.

Excellent service from start to finish

We were really sceptical about using The House Network as no-one we knew had used them or knew anything about them. We decided to opt for the simplest package on offer, without the conveyancing, as we had our own solicitor lined up. The package suited us perfectly as we were quite happy to do our own viewings. Also, the costs are far less than using a high street estate agent. From start to finish, ie from taking the photos to completion, everyone involved in the team was extremely professional, calling us whenever necessary to arrange viewings and returning our calls when they promised to. We were also offered advice when we asked for it and received email reminders the day before each viewing. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received and would have no hesitation at all in recommending The House Network to others.
