Excellent value and service

I am really glad that I chose to use Housenetwork. They have been professional and helpful throughout what turned out to be a fairly arduous property sale; my requests were always followed up on quickly, and I found the online system easy to use and very efficient. Of the potential buyers who came to view the property, several mentioned that they preferred being shown around by the owner instead of a clueless agent. I don't feel that I have lost out at all compared to a traditional agent, and the cost saving has been significant.

Excellent service, Speedy sale

I was unsure whether to use an online agent or high street so I spoke to both. I chose house network as the initial guy I spoke to was really helpful in answering my questions and made me feel I could trust them to sell my house. I live 300 miles away from where the house was being sold so was concerned about conduction visits etc however with the support of the sales team we agreed time and dates which suited me and all viewings were completed. I was warned by high street agent that online agents weren't good at sales progression no once you were sold stc I would be left high and dry. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The support right up until completion was excellent (slight delay right at the end as Kristina my sales negotiator left the company but nothing to worry about) I would highly recommend them, the savings I made in excess of £3k was a great bonus, the easy on line system to manage the photos of my house and some good involvement in writing the blurb all helped to make me feel like I was being listened to.

Cheap and easy way to seel a house

I cannot understand how anyone would use a high street over House Network especially over the difference in price. We paid £600 and got service we wanted. We didn't want agents wandering around with people who were not really interested and just on a mailing list. We always wanted to do the viewings ourselves as we know the house better than any agent. We were warned that the after sales service wouldn't be as good as you pay the fee upfront but this was not the case at all. We were put in touch with a solicitor and moved in to our new house within eight weeks. We would recommend anyone to use House Network, it was easy and cheap!

Excellent

Very highly recommended, great business model. We were a little concerned about paying money at the front end of the deal, before exchange or completion as we were worried that there was no incentive for staff to get the deal done. However, these fears were groundless, and Kristina and the sales progression team were all brilliant. Previously, about a year ago, we had no end of problems with a big, local "chain" estate agent and we lost our original buyer through a total lack of professionalism on their behalf. But House Network are definitely the way forward, and we saved close to £6,000 in fees on what we would've paid a "traditional" high street agent. To all the old-school high street esatate agents with their flashy shopfronts, designer suits, flashy company cars giving us appallingly sloppy service with rediculous fees, we say "Wake up guys, your days are well and truly numbered!"

Selling your own house - you can with House Network

We had previously been on the market for some time and to an extent has left the estate agents to get on with it, but this left us without any data or evidence on which to base our marketing and selling decisions. We found that the feedback through House Network, both in the form of enquirer/viewing feedback and web stats has been particularly helpful to our sales strategy. I also quite liked meeting with enquirers to get first hand ideas of the selling potential and how that feedback could help with marketing, and the clear and timely communications from my personal sales advisor - Abigail Wills - or whoever was covering for her. I would also add that prior to signing up with House network, I did a thorough search of both local and internet options and yours was chosen on the basis of what, in our view, would be the most effective service - and you haven't disappointed. Don’t feel nervous about it, Just do it.

I was a bit sceptical to try an online estate agent, but I’m glad I did as they saved me thousands in extra and needless fees. I was going to use a main high street estate agent, but after looking at the contract that they tried to get me to sign I thought there’s no way I’m going to sign that, so I looked online for alternatives. Housenetwork offered a good package and after looking online at reviews I decided to try them. No sole selling rights contracts to sign, I just paid upfront fees then didn’t have to pay any commission on completion of the sale. They advertised my house on the big portals and had a great response straight away. My house sold over the asking price within 5 days of it going live. They were great from start to finish and will defiantly use them again.

Efficient and well priced

Successful Sale using House Network

When we opted to use an on-line company to sell our house we were initially apprehensive but we need not have been. We decided to sell on the Wed, had their surveyor/photographer visit on the following Friday and were live on the main property portals by Sunday. I was very impressed with the surveyor visit. he was very professional, took his time and took about 30 photos which looked very impressive. We had immediate interest and arranged about 13 viewings and had the house Sold 8 days later above the offers price. I found the house network experience to be fantastic and would recommend. 10 out of 10.

Will save you thousands

I have used HouseNetwork a couple of times before and they seem to be getting even better! If I'm honest I am not a fan of Estate Agents they generally come round try and blag you, take a few pictures and charge you thousands of pounds for the privilege with doing very little. A conventional estate agent would of cost me at least £3100 to sell my house. With the loyal customer discount I paid just over £500 with HouseNetwork. In my opinion I received a better service and so did my perspective buyers (HouseNetwork have longer opening hours than a conventional Estate Agent and you can always get hold of someone quickly). The photos, floor plans and virtual walk throughs are better than conventional estate agents. If you're comfortable and available to do your own viewings then HouseNetwork is for you.

Excellant service and value for money

I would highly recommend housenetwork to anyone. My account manager had excellent communication skills and a professional manner which helped reduce the amount stress I had from selling my property. The IT system was efficient, easy to navigate and made me feel in control of the whole process as where the weekly updates. My property was not straightforward to sell due to a person overseas buying it, but I found the housenetwork really worked with both myself and the buyer to remove bottlenecks where possible. The service is excellent value for money.

Excellent service for a great price

House Network were very quick getting my place advertised once I provided details. I was arranging viewings within an hour of the advert going live. So many enquiries were generated I had problems scheduling all the visits and at one stage had people waiting outside while I was conducting another viewing. Agreed a sale in just over a week and received over the initial asking price. I was very happy with the service from House Network who were always quick to respond to queries and the personal area of the website was very useful to keep up with the latest situation. Really good value for money and probably saved me a few grand!

Fantastic company, service second to none

The service was second to none, so happy to have such a hassle free and such a quick turn around. We sold our house over a weekend. The agent came to take photos which were exceptional and uploaded them straight away on a Friday night. We sold the house on the Monday! Not only that we were kept informed from start to finish with very professional friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. I'm so pleased to have had such a great service and saved so much on agency fees. I would never use a local agent after using Housenetwork twice now. They are such a good company I would recommend to anyone, people may feel it's risky doing this online but move with the times and you will be more than impressed.

Efficient, courteous, available, communicative and great value for money

From start to finish we were delighted with the personalised service we received from House Network. We had an agent assigned to us individually, an online portal with all our property information and regular email updates throughout the process. The photos of our property were professional, with the option to add our own. We were given guidance when having to make decisions at important points and could always talk to a representative when we wanted to. Our agent negotiated a significant increase in the offer made by our buyer, which we were very impressed with. Please don't listen to high street agents, all of whom were very disapproving of our choice, and regularly rang us up to tell us so! We were not disadvantaged in any way by using an online agent, and we saved over £6000 in fees!

Makes selling your property as simple and stress free as it could be....

Having been at the same property for almost 25 years we were extremely anxious about the procedure we were to face and entirely out of touch with every procedure involved with selling a property to say the least. Excellent Service

The agency provide almost all the same services as a local estate agent and are extremely efficient and helpful. Our fees with a local estate agent would have been 3 times the amount we paid to House Network - other more expensive houses would have even larger savings. We cant understand why anyone would go with a local estate agent as there don't appear to be any benefits in doing so what-so-ever. House Network were professional and efficient right the way through the process, the photos they took of the property were excellent and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Excellent Professional Service

Why use anyone else?

This is the second time I have used Housenetwork to sell my property & can't find any negatives with the service, responses to queries etc. High Street agents knock them regarding getting feedback from viewers but my experience is that if people don't want to be contacted for feedback it makes no difference whether the agent is online only or not! High Street agents try to push you into using their contacts for solicitors, surveyors & mortgages (obviously they get kickbacks so want you to use these) but I have found this to be more expensive than sorting out my own. Housenetwork can offer some help such as online contact forms for quotes from providers but it is entirely up to you if you use them. If I move again, in the future, I will definitely look at using Housenetwork again.

Sales completion on house.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and having a dedicated manager throughout the process. If they could not deal with any queries, it was dealt with by another member of the team by the close of day. I felt I had total support from my account manager, who was always friendly and informal. The stress was taken out of the process. All correspondence was transparent to see on the website, something that is not available from high street agents. I would definitely use the company again.

Can't do better than HouseNetwork as your estate agent

I believe the age of the high street estate agency is dead. And thats saying something coming from an ex-estate agent. HouseNetwork have been fantastic, Kristina in particular, charming, kind and helpful but actually everyone who I spoke to have been super. Thank you. We had a neighbour trying to scupper our sale which held everything up yet HouseNetwork continued to liaise with me the seller, our lovely buyers and both sets of solicitors to see the sale through to the end. I've rated them 5stars on every category because although with an on-line agent such as HouseNetwork they don't have the local knowledge, I the vendor doing the viewings has better local knowledge than anyone else!! Value for money wise I saved myself over ten thousand pounds compared to the 1.5% the local agent would have charged me.

I'm absolutely delighted with House Network

I cannot speak highly enough about House Network. From my first contact right through to the exchange on my sale I have been really impressed with everyone I have spoken to. The valuation was spot on, photographs excellent, description and floor plan perfect. The property was advertised almost immediately and resulted in a sale within 2 weeks. Special mention must go to Kristina, our personal negotiator, who has been outstanding. Her mix of efficiency, diplomacy and great negotiating skills have been exceptional and has resulted in our property selling above asking price. Two houses sold, third to go

As an introduction, the house in question was my mother in law’s and many of her extended family were involved in the process of moving her to sheltered accommodation, so the following comments are a composite. My wife and I recommended using House Network after selling our family home through them around 4 years ago. We have a strong dislike for the frequently arrogant and aggressive approach of conventional high street estate agents, who do not earn their inflated fees with over-optimistic valuations and failure to deliver on promises. Our experience is that House Network does deliver. Particular points are: - The quality presentation of the house details of the property details, especially the photographs, which are not taken by some trainee with a cheap camera that they do not know how to use. - The package approach, so you know what you are going to get, coupled with the benefits of an up front payment. - The efficient, courteous arrangements for viewings and persistence in getting feedback from viewers. - The prompt response to concerns, such as when a second viewer decided that it was acceptable to turn up unannounced with six adults. - The supportive approach of the House Network recommended solicitor. Finally, the strongest recommendation is that my brother and sister in law are currently marketing their own property through House Network. We will continue to suggest in the future that friends and family consider using House Network.

Fantastic service

My Housenetwork experience was very positive, they promptly arranged all of my viewings and have very experienced staff when it comes to offers and negotiation. I also liked the system integration and that we received weekly statistic reports from rightmove to tell us how we were performing. I would certainly use their services again if I come to sell again in the future.
