Had a great service at the start with viewings set up easily and managed well. Sold the house within 10 days!! 5 stars. However, this was an easy house to sell, so Aimee did not really have to do anything at all between acceptance of an offer and completion. I only asked her one queston!. 3 stars Would recommend using again for the right property..

View AgentsI regret using House Network as they have no regard for the data protection act. They have given out my personal phone number to my buyer without informing me - let alone asking permission! I am now being harassed by the buyer who is complaining that House Network are uncooperative. The buyer cannot get a survey done due to House Network failing to stick to appointments. On top of this House Network I discover, are sending my door keys out to people so they may enter my property unaccompanied as they wish. Utter negligence. My advice is to steer well clear of this outfit if you value your privacy and security.

Thoroughly recommend, service, communication and speed of response throughout the process was excellent, all for the fraction of a tradition agents fee. We had an offer on our first viewing which we declined, sold 6 weeks later at a price we were happy with. Would never consider a traditional agent now, but would also recommend doing your homework when choosing an online agent. House network stood out as the best from initial valuation meeting, and their reviews speak for themselves. Thank you

had always used a traditional High Street Estate Agent for sellling properties in the past so the idea of using an online agency like House Network was something that completely new to me and I only took the plunge after an associate sold his house through House Network and was delighted how much cash he had saved. Using House Network was a dream - their offices were staffed 24 hours a day so, I could change the pictures of my property any time that I cared and to top it all their negotiators were top class and completely professional in their dealings with me, potential buyers and solicitors. In my opinion House Network have worked hard for their money - just several hundred quid that it cost me- while I have saved many, many times that. Thanks again.

It is surprising how much you can save using our services, for example the average house price in England and Wales is £190,000 and if we take the conservative average commission price of 1.5% +vat the average cost of selling your home through a local agency is £3,420. A House Network we do not believe in varying prices and charge one fixed fee for all of £699. For anyone this works out as a significant saving. We had originally thought of using a local company with a High Street presence but were amazed at the poor performance when we looked at other properties they were arranging the viewings on. The apparent lack of interest the staff showed with little or no salesmanship does not justify the fees they charge. Then we looked at a property House Network was marketing, and although we didn't offer on it, we realised this company knew how to sell. There whole approach is top notch. They came out and reviewed the packages available to us in an easy manner that was friendly and approachable. We weren't pushed into signing anything on the spot and were given the opportunity to make our own minds up and decide on a package and time frame that worked for us.. All the photos taken were great and really showed off the property well, with a brilliant understanding of using the correct lighting levels and angles. The floor-plan detailed the layout perfectly. Once they had been done, we were ready to go on the market within days. Dont be phased by paying the fees up front. They work harder than any estate agent we have dealt with ever in the last 20 years and 6 moves. They are very fair costs and you can decide on various options to suit. House Network confirmed viewing days with us and worked to fill the hours we gave them. The best thing I found after that was they chased everybody that booked a viewing to provide feedback, with leading questions so we could change our marketing approach if we needed. After our sale was confirmed, they kept chasing to ensure the deal completed. We really do wish they had been dealing with the house we bought as well, because it would have been so much easier. One final comment, if the solicitor / conveyancing aspect of house purchase could be turned on its head like they have done with the marketing, life would be a lot less stressful.

Brilliant from beginning to end. This was the first time I'd used an online estate agent, and I chose House Network after doing my own comparisons based on websites and phone calls. The people involved could not have been more helpful - there when you need them, but never pushy. To have my own area to set up details on the house - as I wanted them to be - was first class. And it worked: we received an acceptable offer for the house within a week of it being listed on property portals. Would I recommend House Network to my neighbours? I already have, as many have been asking. A first rate service: professional, friendly, informative, etc. I had concerns about the 'leap in the dark' to use an online agent. But House Network were everything I wanted an estate agent to be.

From the outset Housenetwork have given a great service. We felt we were in control of our house sale, setting the price we wanted, choosing the pictures we liked but with guidance from professional people. We benefitted from a premium listing with lots of photographs and a detailed floor plan all at a fixed no sale no fee price. Most of all was the complete transparency house network offers. By us meeting our viewers and having their comments and offers in writing we felt it was an honest and open process from start to finish. I will use Housenetwork again - in fact my neighbour is going to use them now.

We found House Network extremely efficient in all aspects of house selling. They were at least equal and often better than the traditional shop-based estate agents we have dealt with in the past. House Network worked hard at ensuring lots of viewings and following these up for viewers' comments afterwards. All the staff we spoke to were courteous, helpful and very quick at answering queries. Setting up the house on their website was easy and the service from the representative who came to take the details and the photographs was professional and thorough. Should we sell in the future we would certainly use House Network again and we have in hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Many thanks to all at House Network.

It was our first time using an online estate agent and we would definitely look to use The HouseNetwork for our next house move. I would never have considered an online estate agent before now and really didn't know what to expect but it was a great experience. It was great being shown around by the vendor who could answer all our questions regarding neighbours, schools etc I loved that contact was mostly by email as I could deal with things in my own time but whenever necessary HouseNetwork were at the end of the phone. Staff were always prompt in their dealings, friendly and polite, overall a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

At the very beginning we were a bit unsure about doing our own viewings, but it was actually a great experience and we managed to sell in only 2 weeks... for a fraction of the price! The House Network team is fantastic, from the person who comes round to carry out an evaluation to the lovely people on the other end of the phone organising viewings, requesting feedback and making sure that everything is being taken care of for you later on in the process. They are always there for you and happy to help, so we can only strongly recommend their service!

House Network provided a great service and we saved nearly £6000 in agents fees. We liked the fact that there were a choice of packages to choose from and we could tailor the package to suit us. The photos, floor plans an EPC were of excellent standard showing our property at its best. Our negotiator and her team were efficient, helpful and friendly and we were regularly updated on progress. It was great that we could book weekly phone calls for progress reports on a day and time that suited us. People viewing our property also commented on the professionalism and ease of communication with House Network. We would certainly use them again.

Fantastic experience, couldn’t fault House Network at all. Communications along the way and updates where useful. Recommending Solicitors and building insurance was useful. Viewings where organised swiftly and putting in the offer we had a go to person and they were quick to contact the sellers and get back to us. I was a bit dubious at first with it being an online estate agent but this worked really well and any questions they picked up the phone or email right away better than an estate agents being round the corner. Would definite use to sell or buy again, They say buying a house is the most stressful thing you go through and this was a breeze. Thank you for making it stress free!

We recently sold our house using House Network, we couldn't fault them at all. We were kept updated constantly and the staff are really helpful. We really appreciated that we could always speak to somebody and that if we asked for, or was promised a callback we always got it which really reassured us that we had a reliable team working on our behalf. House Network provided us with a superb service in selling our flat in Kensington, west London in 2015. The person who came to photograph the flat was very helpful and friendly. The staff we spoke to on the phone were always very efficient and we always got through to them straightaway. Our flat sold quickly. I would strongly recommend House Network to anyone who is willing to show their own home to prospective buyers and save an absolute fortune on estate agents' fees.

This is a great way to cut out the middle man and save a lot of money! You are in charge of when and how you do viewings, there is no need to give your key to anyone and you save a packet. You get plants of feedback online which help you to make alterations and makes the selling process easier. I couldn't believe how much money I saved taking out the presence of the high street estate agent .

I've found House Network to be very good at what they do, a lot of the time they have found out information relating to the sale faster than my Solicitor. I am very pleased with the saving I have made with going through an Online Estate Agent, I don't know how High Street Estate Agents can sleep at night charging what they do. I've saved over 75% of my house selling costs doing it this way. In times where buying/selling is unjustifiable expensive with ludicrous charges from all side I'd definitely recommend House Network for a very fair and just price for the work involved in Estate agency.

This is the first time I moved In forty years and so we found the prospect of selling quite daunting.Thankfully House Network were really helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free from start to finish. The photos and listing created for our property were great, we had all the details for every viewer that came round so we knew what position they were in. When we did move to the sale the team were really helpful and made sure everything kept moving, whilst keeping us up to date. This is the 1st time I used an internet company and I wouldn't hesitate again. I've already recommend House Network to my friends and would do so to anybody looking to sell their home.

Fantastic professional and efficient service. Our property sold in 3 days and right the way through the process our personal advisor kept us up to date in our weekly catch up call which took place at a time convenient to us. We were introduced to Housenetwork by friends who had used the service and we would never have considered this option without hearing their experience however we would certainly use them again. In addition to the great service we made a considerable saving on the fixed fee against the 1% plus VAT we were quoted by traditional agents.

I had never used an online Estate agency before, so I was a bit worried about how it all worked. However from start to finish House Network were absolutely brilliant. Previously I had the property on with a normal estate agent and we got hardly any viewings. Within 3 weeks with House Network we got loads of viewings and the house was sold for a great price. At every step of way House Network provided excellent support and communication. I got plenty of notice for each viewing and feedback afterwards. I cannot recommend them more highly and I will never be using a high street estate agent again!

I would highly recommend using House Network to anybody, they are friendly, efficient and very well organised. I always felt informed every step of the way. Best estate agents I have every used. I was given my own agent to deal with the sale of my property who was always very helpful. If my agent was away from the office my personal information page on the website was updated with an alterative contact person and their contact details. My details were always upto date on the system so anyone could help with any queries I had brilliant service which I have no hesitation in recommending in fact I already have to several people.

We heard of House Network through a friend who advised that when they came to sell their property they were the best. We were a bit reluctant at first as we have never used an online estate agent, but thinking about it, we thought all the property listings now a days are online which a majority of people use, so there for the audience for the listing is greater. We sold our old house and moved into our new home in just under 2 months, which throughout this time we had full access to our interest statistics online to the property we were selling and were always kept informed by the House Network staff and online tracking tool. The key thing for us was the opening hours, as House Network were always contactable for any queries we had to ask after your normal business hours, unlike your number local estate agents. We would easily recommend House Network to any of our friends and family, as throughout the sale and purchase they were professional, always kept us up to date, and couldn't be beaten on price. We were very pleased with the service provided by House Network, from the initial contact right through to completion they were efficient and extremely good at keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale. The property brochure was high quality, the negotiator was excellent and we will definitely use you again. I have been spreading the word about House Network as I we saved around £2000 and the service was superior to our previous experience of estate agents.
