Kyle, David and Marcus have been absolutely amazing. They told us they would sell our house within a week and they did. We can not thank you enough. Now that we are settled in our new home I have time to reflect on the selling of our previous home. For us it was a most traumatic experience as we were caught up in the crazy stamp duty deadline. Kyle Nicholls is the most dedicated person you will ever come across. His client care is second to none. He kept me updated constantly and NOTHING was too much trouble. When I couldn't find a removal company he was researching and phoning to get me moved. Not his job. We didn’t give Kyle the easiest of tasks as we wanted to sell discreetly without online marketing. He kept our property in mind and seized the opportunity to book a viewing when a suitable potential buyer visited his office. Fortunately they liked our property enough to make a final offer of exactly the sum we were seeking. They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences but we can honestly say that with Kyle at the helm we felt no stress whatsoever. Kyle Nichols has been the most amazing support for me when buying my property. For various reasons my moving in date has been postponed on numerous occasions which at first wasn't a problem but eventually became very frustrating for that reason it was always Kyle I turned to sometimes very angry. We bought a house from Kyle and the team and they were excellent in pushing the solicitors to reach the critical exchange date in order to enable us to apply for our children's schools before the admissions deadline. It was a stressful time for all parties but they kept in contact every step of the way and worked incredibly hard.
