I have yet to move into my new property which I am renting from Moginie James but my experience with them so far is that staff have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Adrian who initially showed me one property and me and my partner Immediately liked the property He was friendly and welcoming He dealt with everything professionally and was always available when I rang. We have been renting a property that Moginie James Estate Agents overlooks and we have had nothing but great contact with them. Not only did they help us get into the flat we are in now by going out of their way to reach out to us about this flat before it was put out publicly, they have also bent over backwards to help us move out earlier than expected. We are now in process of moving out earlier than we originally planned and Adrian Turner has just been doing everything in his power to help us! He has been generous with his time and resources to help us and he has been so kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. I could not say enough good things about Moginie James and their Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Adrian Turner. The staff at Moginie James Estate Agents are warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

I chose Moginie James to see my property due to their excellent reputation, however my experience didn't live up to it. The branch staff were very good, but didn't do enough to market the property meaning it was nearly 6 weeks before I even had a viewing. When I was passed over to the sales progression team I found the service impersonal and the process dragged on for a long time before the buyers pulled out. Not enough was done to evidence the claims made by the buyer and I decided to change to a different agent.

Sold a house through Moginie James earlier in the year and the service was exceptional. From their initial valuation, to the way they marketed the house and on to a smooth completion, the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout. They believed in the house we were selling and achieved the price we wanted in no time (other estate agents had blatantly under- valued for a quick sale). Had the pleasure a year later of being on the opposite side and purchasing via the same agents. Same great service and the Sales Progression Team are first class - no query too trivial or too much and they're on to it straight away! Would recommend whole heartedly.

The Trusted AgentSmoothest move I've ever experienced!
I have moved far too many times than average and therefore dealt with numerous letting agents; from student-based to professional. These guys couldn't have possibly made it any simpler. I work full time and long hours, so usually attempting to collate the relevant info in a short time schedule is a challenge. I've barely had to lift a finger this time round and, what's even more delightful, is that there have been none of those pesky "fees" that seem to occur once you're in too deep. I would absolutely recommend Moginie James, and not soley based on the fact that my iPhone autocorrects their first name to "Amigo". Bravo M J!

Once I had reported the fault using the website , I had a phonecall the next morning from the agent . He arranged for an engineer to visit at no inconvenience to myself as the engineering company were able to collect the key from the agent and visit whilst I was in work . It was decided that due to the nature of the problem a new fridgefreezer was required , this was sorted by the agent and the engineer promptly again with no inconvenience to myself.

Bethan has always responded quickly to any queries I have had during the tenancy. She has worked hard to accommodate my schedule with the agency's requirements, regarding interim visits etc. She has always been friendly, polite and professional throughout and any problems or issues that have arisen have been dealt with and resolved efficiently and with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience. I have been very happy with the way she has liaised with me to find the most mutually convenient and stress-free solution or plan in all our dealings through the tenancy.

Since Moginie James set up their dedicated Maintenace Department at 108 Bute Street, I have been very impressed by the consciousness of the staff, especially their attention to detail and the urgency with which they respond to various maintenance issues. My impression is that they are all well trained by the Company and have the ability to resolve quickly any problems that arise in the day-to-day management of my properties. All the staff have a very good telephone manner which makes contact with them a pleasant experience.

I found the staff at Moginie James, right from first contact, to viewing, to offers, sales progression, completion, advice on Mortgage advisors, solicitors and through to exchange absolutely impecible! I felt understood, supported and even 'cared' for through out! I cannot recommend this team highly enough, AND the fact that one of them spoke the native language of the country I was moving home too I.e WELSH just made all the difference in feeling on the right side of things! It has been a pleasure to go through the process in welsh. I feel it should be made more readily available across Cardiff. Everybody in the branch has been very helpful right from the beginning. They have answered any queries clearly and quickly and kept me informed of everything through phone calls and e-mail. Its been a very stress free process so far and i would recommend the branch to anybody looking to buy/rent a house in Cardiff.

When we moved to Cardiff, we were staying in the Hotel and we really needed to find a flat asap. We saw the advertisement of a very great flat on the webpage of the agency and the same day we visited the place. The stuff helped us to arrange everything very fast and easy. So within a week we got the apartment and we moved happily. The agency was very honest about the neighbourhood and the apartment.

Having bought my property in Pontcanna back in July 2015, through Moginie James, their in and after-sales support was invaluable. Having a dedicated point of contact/ representative to liaise between solicitors during the conveyancing process, was also essential. Multiple access to the house being purchased, during the sales process, was also forthcoming, and arranged with ease. They also provide a welsh language service/ point of contact, which was a breath of fresh air really, especially for Pontcanna.

Would really reccomend Adrian as an agent. Showed me round the property with no rush to get me out and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. Adrian also did me a massive favour by getting me moved into the property a month earlier than origionally expected! This saved me the time, stress and money of booking any temporary accommodation. Easy to talk to, polite and will go that extra mile to help.
