Martin& Co have been very efficient in helping fill my properties.The initial advice given in order to attract a tenant and to achieve maximum rent worked well. My properties were marketed & viewings started right away, the staff involved took good care in finding suitable Tenants & setting up the Tenancy's , relieving me of the time and pressures involved. Very polite,efficient and helpful.
