Fast responses. No hassle.

Very easy process from start to end. Quick to respond. Quick to sort out any issues. Inspections handled smoothly. Good property management and liaison with landlord. My only critique would be tenant notes should be clearer on system for the different departments within to access, or this should be something they should do. We had cats and made a note everytime that inspections could be done only on Wednesdays or Thursday's - had this been on our file, we wouldn't have had to keep rescheduling. Only minor.

Never there to help you if there is a problem, always passes The buck. Never gets back to you when promised. And if they do it’s 10 minutes before they close. And still can’t do nothing, staff are rude when you tell them there is something wrong, and then put the phone down, very unprofessional beware guys they want your rent in time but don’t deliver if you need them to fix anything. My partner and I had an extremely upsetting and horrible experience with our first ever rental together and therefore we were desperate to find somewhere we could finally call home. Martin & Co helped us to do this, Vicki and Gemma especially, had to work extremley hard to get the fat for us due to a very unhelpful previous landlady. They understood our situations and worked with us, they believed in us when we didnt think anyone would and they have finally made our wants, needs and futures easier. They talk us through everything step by step and got us in within a week which was incredible, the fees and admin charges are very reasonable and the help and guidance you get for it is priceless. We know we have a good team behind us should we need anything. We cannot wait to make this our home and it wouldn't have been without the help of the Martin & Co team. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service

We recently bought our house from Martin & Co and despite us not being their paid client, we cannot rate their service highly enough. They worked constantly on our behalf to chase up solicitors and other agents to get us moving as quickly as possible, particularly due to our complicated circumstances.
