I have used Martin & Co since it took over from Executive Lets a number of years ago. I have always found all members of staff very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They let my property for a number of years and I never had any problem tenants. They have recently worked for me in the sale of my property and the team kept me updated all the way through. They are an excellent team and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Terrible experience with Martin and co managing our property, it was a very stressful experience and is a lot easier now we are self managing. What we were paying them 10% for I’ll never know, they made so many mistakes over charging us in various instances, tenants managed to smoke and have two cats in our property without being picked up on inspections but we noticed straight away on their departure. Honestly their are too many faults to list, not a month went by without some issue. We now have a lovely tenant and since managing the property ourselves we have more income and much less stress.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with Martin & co for one year and 8 months. Time in which the en-suite bathroom only worked for approximately 6 months if not even less. Myself and the other tenants have been in touch with them to sort this but our requests either got ignored or forgotten. Sadly, this has not been the only issue, a lot of maintenance problems we’ve reported have gone forgotten or simply ignored. When they’ve sent out plumbers or technicians they were unprepared to work with the system fitted in the flat. We have asked for a reduction in rent as we are paying for 3bed 2baths but only one bath works. The landlord refused to give us the reduction as it hasn’t been explained by our property manager why we’ve requested this in the first place. To make matters worse, some of the employees can be rude.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
