Ive lived in this flat provided by them for almost two years. Getting them to do anything is like trying to grow a forest in a desert. At this point, with two months left of my tenancy, I am unable to shower without being burned as the boiler isn’t working and the water pressure is f*cked and I’ve tried to get them to sort it for weeks. I’m getting to the point where I would rather rip my fingernails out one by one rather than contact them. They’re useless. I say the same thing to them every time I speak to them and they still don’t cooperate. I’ll be living on the street before I go with this awful agency again, or any agency for that matter.

GoogleI can only praise Martin and co and especially the help I have received from Janine, she has been second to none with the assistance she has given me in my application to rent. Janine has supported me through the renting process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The communication has been great and they / she has endeavoured to ensure my property is perfect before I move in. Can’t recommend enough. Great staff in the office who are always willing to help also .

GoogleGot told I would be on a reserve list to view a property which is the first time I’ve ever experienced this as a multi landlord looking for my next cash purchase, feel sorry for the sellers not making the decision who should view and the agent picking and choosing

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I am sorry that you feel sufficiently entitled to demand to view a property irrespective of the government guidelines on Covid. We are limited in our ability to conduct viewings or 'open-house' events and already have 18 separate viewings scheduled on the property in question. We will continue to adhere to the rules and place the safety of others as our primary concern. It seems likely that your concerns for the sellers will prove unfounded. If however, the level of interest is not forthcoming, as we explained to you when you called, we will ensure that we schedule subsequent viewings at an appropriate time. In order to stand the very best chance in future, you may wish to register with us to receive property investment alerts. I have used Martin & Co since it took over from Executive Lets a number of years ago. I have always found all members of staff very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They let my property for a number of years and I never had any problem tenants. They have recently worked for me in the sale of my property and the team kept me updated all the way through. They are an excellent team and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
