As a first time renter I was surprised how quick and easy the process is and I would have no problem recommending Martin & Co to other first time renters.

Never had a chance to use the agency's, but this time the 500 miles move is incoming, so we decided that it might be a good idea. Had the pleasure to work with Louise, Martha, Abigail and the professionalism, responsiveness and the general positivity is spot on! 360 preview is easy to use and very, very useful. The whole team deserves a massive thank you!

GoogleThe service we receive from Louise and all the team at Martin and Co is always superb and puts our minds at rest given we don't live in the area. The re-marketing of the property was extremely efficient and gave us various options on tenant choice which was a great place to be in. We will continue to use the entire back office team as they are very personable and polite when responding to any inquiries that we get.

GoogleI would recommend nobody go with them, they kick you out when you ask for help and bin all your belonging even when they say they keep it safe for you, terrible landlord wonld not go there they lie to your face

This is more for the owner of see view terrace Plymouth.Today I attempted to make a counter offer on your property, to be sent an email by a woman called Emma informing me how morally wrong it was to do so and how she doesn't agree with the fact I want to make an offer. You have just dipped out on 8K. Wouldn't use these guys if you are looking to make maximum profit.Future sellers be warned.
