GoogleWas looking for a short-term rental apartment in Plymouth. Contacted over 6 agents and arranged viewings. Martins were very efficient and professional, quick to follow up the viewing (not always the case with others). Have taken on the rental through them now and initial impressions were indeed accurate. Very simple and painless procedure, all signed in just over two weeks.

GoogleHaving used Executive Lets for over a decade to rent properties we have been thoroughly let down by Martin & Co on a number of occasions since they took over Executive Lets in 2017. The Plymouth office manager Chris Whittaker has been rude and aggressive in response to a major complaint and has refused to take any responsibility for their failures or offer any apology. Their failures cost us several thousand pounds and they are still chasing us for £190 from 2019 when we moved our business elsewhere. Open Rent charge only £29 to find a tenant.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

From start to finish the service was superb, From the valuation, marketing (excellent photos and media ) to sale completion. Emma Ward was my first point of contact, from the first meeting I was impressed by her professionalism ,her current and vast knowledge of the housing market and her confident manner throughout. Without doubt my initial meeting with Emma was the reason l decided to use Martin & Co. She was spot on with valuation and marketing. This resulted in speedy viewings, quick sale,( sold within few days), and sold above asking price. Emma was well supported by other team members , who equally demonstrated a high level of professionalism and skill. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.

GoogleIn very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and fully manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abigail whom was so supportive and highly professional in processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property.
