GoogleFantastic service from angi at c residential, she wasnt directly involved with ourselves during our process but later got involved the help get things over the line for me and my family. I can not praise the woman enough, she went above and beyond when it was far from out of her remit. If we ever sell again there would be no one else I would go with apart from c residential and there will be no one else I would recommend moving forward. FacebookWe chose FBM Estate agents because we knew they kept a fresh portfolio of properties at what appeared to be a frequent turnover due to realistic prices. We felt they would deal with our sale on a very personal basis. We were very lucky that they also had our next home for sale! The sale of our house was very poignant for us, they kept reassuring us that our property would sell quickly as they had a list of people interested in the features of our home. We had both made the decision that we wouldn’t put our home up for sale until we found what we wanted as we didn’t want to feel pressured or rushed into anything we would regret. It was our first family home that had been re-fitted by my father and husband. Amy and Donna are extremely experienced agents and we knew they were the right people to sell our property. Our dream home came on a Facebook preview and we knew it was the one! We viewed the property as soon as we were allowed and knew we had to have it! We made an offer which was accepted pending funds available as we needed to sell our home first, a nerve racking couple of days as the property generated a large amount of local and distant interest! I had photos of our home ready to go and everything was sorted in two days as they guided us through the paperwork! Our property was on the market for two whole HOURS!! We had an instant asking price offer, set at Amy’s advise, which we accepted straight away! Everything was in motion in the office even with the impending Covid 19 Pandemic! Lisa then efficiently took over the progressing of the sale and was in constant contact with us and our solicitors. The buyers were exactly the type of family we’d hoped for and we are all very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FBM Estate Agent. Laura & David.

GoogleOur tenant informed us that his electricity was off. It was out of FBM's normal office hours, but we had excellent support from Lheyton, their emergency contact. He called over to the property to confirm the problem, very quickly, and arranged for electricians to attend. He kept us informed throughout.Thanks for the great service.
