GoogleUnprofessional, disrespectful, and very poor service. Very disappointed. I never recommend this let agency. Please try to find another one before doing any business with this agency.

GoogleWe have moved in to a property recently rented by penny Sinclair,we had to get carpets and floors professionally cleaned ,the whole house cleaned including oven and fridge,the shower was broken,WC did not work,roof leaked,when we contacted them no one returned phone calls. Totally unprofessional would not recommend to my worst enemy as an agent

GoogleMy parents were coming to visit for a short amount of time and Penny & Sinclair offered a nice variety of different short lets from which we chose one that really accommodated our needs. The process was very smooth and everything was up standard. We wholeheartedly recommend it.
