We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your stay. However, we would like to provide some clarification for future guests reading this review. During the checkout inspection, it was noted that a curtain pole had been damaged during your stay. This was documented in our detailed checkout report, which included dated photographs as evidence. In line with our terms and conditions, we requested a small contribution of £35 towards the repair. We always aim to provide a fair and transparent process when dealing with any damage, and this was communicated to you clearly with supporting evidence. Our priority is to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the property in good condition.
