Could not fault the service of Breckon&Breckon whilst we were trying to find the perfect home to rent. GoogleUnfortunately we rented a property from B&B. Once we left the property the estate agents held back our deposit. They did not thoroughly check the inventory checking in report against the check out report which resulted in us going to a dispute (the adjudicator mostly supported us. Some of the dispute amount was for items that we had complained about when we moved in and were never dealt with throughout the tenancy! They were also shown on the inventory as issues. To then charge us was unacceptable. 1. They tried to charge us a extortionate amount for cleaning even though the property was cleaned to a professional standard. 2. They quoted clauses that didn’t exist in the tenancy agreement to support their claims 3. They tried to charge us for the fire blanket which was attached to the wall! This caused us a lot of frustration and we ended up out of pocket. Terrible service!

GoogleI do not rent my apartment through B&B, but the building is managed by them. Communication is extremely poor and even rude at times, with scheduled repairs being changed at the last minute, sometimes without any warning at all. Critical repairs take weeks, if not months, with no consideration for those with disabilities or children. I genuinely become anxious at the thought of having to contact this management team. Clearly, they haven’t taken on board any of the previous feedback written here or provided elsewhere. I was a building owner or landlord, I would avoid at all costs.

GoogleLooking for a place to rent, we viewed a property with B&B. We were very happy with the flat and just a week after the viewing we had the keys and were already moving in. Ashleigh, our agent, was very prompt and communicated with us every step of the way. Friendly, professional service - highly recommended.

Service offered by Breckon and Brcekon is personal, friendly and efficient. Tenants were found quickly and the turn around time for the property was swift. The property was re-decorated throughout, a new bathroom installed, garden cleared and the place cleaned all within a week of agreeing to carry out this work - ready for the tenant to move in on time. Would be happy to recommend them to other landlords.
