I met with 6 different agents, including Breckon & Breckon, to determine who was the best fit to let ( and manage) my property. I picked Breckon & Breckon due to their hugely competitive rates and marketing practices. I wasn't disappointed, their photos, virtual tour and advertisement were all spectacular. I was inundated with offers, and was privileged enough to be selective when choosing a tenant. The communication was prompt, clear and diligent. A particular shout out to Ashleigh who was patient, understanding and articulate. She knew letting my property was a big (emotional) decision and handled it with tact, poise and professionalism. I cannot be more effusive of her - Breckon & Breckon have phenomenal agents. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Service offered by Breckon and Brcekon is personal, friendly and efficient. Tenants were found quickly and the turn around time for the property was swift. The property was re-decorated throughout, a new bathroom installed, garden cleared and the place cleaned all within a week of agreeing to carry out this work - ready for the tenant to move in on time. Would be happy to recommend them to other landlords.

We recently let our property with Breckon. They were easy to communicate with and honest which is all too often difficult to find within this sector. I suspect their pool of tenants in this area may not be as numerous as some other local providers. It seemed close but in the end we were able to find a very good quality tenant within our timeline who we are happy with. I also feel they would be easy to contact in the future. A longstanding relationship I hope!

I've been using Breckon & Breckon to manage my rented property in Oxford for several years now. I also have other rented property which is not in Oxford and is managed by another agent. I have always found Breckon & Breckon to be the best agents I've ever worked with over the years.
They are regularly in contact to ensure everything is running smoothly and even contact me to ask if there are any ways in which they could improve. I've also had replies to my comments and actions taken.
They regularly visit to inspect my property and keep me updated with any issues or concerns.

I have used Breckon and Breckon for almost 10 years now and I've found that they provide an excellent letting service by always putting the customer first and managing the process efficiently with the minimum of fuss, Being a fairly small company, they have excellent local knowledge, are much more approachable and friendly, and in my experience, provide a far superior more personalised service than some of the large, national businesses. Any of the usual problems which tend to arise in letting property etc over the years have been resolved quickly. I have recommended B&B to others and would have no hesitation in continuing to do this.

3 months ago I put a second flat with them for renovation and then letting. I can honestly say that the service I received at each stage was excellent and even now when the tenant is in situ, Breckon still offer wonderful customer service to any request I have.
