GoogleMike mentioned £130 for move out. I just add that they charge £240 for move in. Indeed, modern day pirates. Also, they show no concern or sympathy to students. If you're intl student or manual worker or single parent, even worse. If you're vulnerable or ignorant of rent market rules, it's your fault, not theirs. Best properties always go to those privileged and those who have first-hand info. They don't care about your being desperate to find a new home.

After having a series of disappointments with private landlords, I decided to rent my current room through Breckon & Breckon following recommendation of a friend (even though I was critical to the extra admin costs initially). Now I rent a room in a shared house from Breckon & Breckon and have never been so happy with a lettings service. The staff is very friendly, helpful and excellent at their job.. The entire process from viewing to signing the contract and receiving the keys happened very smoothly and with transparency. Breckon & Breckon have also been proactive in ensuring that I am feeling well supported while settling down in my new accommodation. In hindsight, the agency fee paid to Breckon & Breckon was worth every penny. I have had a very positive experience and strongly recommend Breckon & Breckon as letting agency.

We recently let our property with Breckon. They were easy to communicate with and honest which is all too often difficult to find within this sector. I suspect their pool of tenants in this area may not be as numerous as some other local providers. It seemed close but in the end we were able to find a very good quality tenant within our timeline who we are happy with. I also feel they would be easy to contact in the future. A longstanding relationship I hope!

I've been using Breckon & Breckon to manage my rented property in Oxford for several years now. I also have other rented property which is not in Oxford and is managed by another agent. I have always found Breckon & Breckon to be the best agents I've ever worked with over the years. They are regularly in contact to ensure everything is running smoothly and even contact me to ask if there are any ways in which they could improve. I've also had replies to my comments and actions taken. They regularly visit to inspect my property and keep me updated with any issues or concerns. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

I have used Breckon and Breckon for almost 10 years now and I've found that they provide an excellent letting service by always putting the customer first and managing the process efficiently with the minimum of fuss, Being a fairly small company, they have excellent local knowledge, are much more approachable and friendly, and in my experience, provide a far superior more personalised service than some of the large, national businesses. Any of the usual problems which tend to arise in letting property etc over the years have been resolved quickly. I have recommended B&B to others and would have no hesitation in continuing to do this.
