His knowledge and ability to think on his feet and build a great rapport with everyone he meets made the buying process an absolute joy and did way more than the national agent we used. GoogleThe property I am renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon and Breckon will not help me, I first reported it 9 months ago and have had to chase them up so much since and they’ve still not sorted it. Completely non-existent property management. They are so slow moving it’s unbelievable, you have to chase them and remind them ten times before they do anything, it takes them weeks to do it, and they have left me living in an extremely mouldy damp flat with a small child putting our health at risk for months on end! I would not recommend unfortunately they clearly don’t care about their tenants health.
