Recommended wholeheartedly!

I met with 6 different agents, including Breckon & Breckon, to determine who was the best fit to let ( and manage) my property. I picked Breckon & Breckon due to their hugely competitive rates and marketing practices. I wasn't disappointed, their photos, virtual tour and advertisement were all spectacular. I was inundated with offers, and was privileged enough to be selective when choosing a tenant. The communication was prompt, clear and diligent. A particular shout out to Ashleigh who was patient, understanding and articulate. She knew letting my property was a big (emotional) decision and handled it with tact, poise and professionalism. I cannot be more effusive of her - Breckon & Breckon have phenomenal agents. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We are so grateful to the team at Breckon and Breckon for their excellent service with renting our first flat in the UK. As someone coming from abroad, it is often a nerve-wracking experience renting for the first time, but Breckon and Breckon really guided us through the process from start to finish. Summer was professional and honest during the viewings and Jess was very communicative in coordinating the cleaning and refurbishing of the flat before the move-in. We are especially grateful to Ashleigh, who stayed in contact and managed all our requests throughout the process. She replied to all emails very quickly and helped us through the paperwork and communicating our wishes to the landlord. Everyone we interacted with at Breckon and Breckon was very upfront and friendly, and at no point in the process did we feel that someone was hiding anything from us. I approached Greg at Breckon & Breckon on recommendation, as I wanted to buy an investment property with a view to renting it out. From the very first engagement, it was immediately apparent that Greg seriously knew his trade, is extremely professional and most importantly of all is completely trustworthy and honest. Great and prompt service

Service offered by Breckon and Brcekon is personal, friendly and efficient. Tenants were found quickly and the turn around time for the property was swift. The property was re-decorated throughout, a new bathroom installed, garden cleared and the place cleaned all within a week of agreeing to carry out this work - ready for the tenant to move in on time. I cannot fault the speed and communication from Breckon, we enquired about the property and then a few days later we were viewing it. The next day we had been accepted to move there and within 2 weeks we were moving in. The agents were always quick to reply to any emails/questions we had and they made the moving process very easy. The only constructive comment I would have is that we had to drive over to Oxford to collect the keys on our move in day, we were based in Buckingham and the day was extremely busy - it would have been nice if the agent could have dropped the keys to us on the day.

Shared-house room letting

After having a series of disappointments with private landlords, I decided to rent my current room through Breckon & Breckon following recommendation of a friend (even though I was critical to the extra admin costs initially). Now I rent a room in a shared house from Breckon & Breckon and have never been so happy with a lettings service. The staff is very friendly, helpful and excellent at their job.. The entire process from viewing to signing the contract and receiving the keys happened very smoothly and with transparency. Breckon & Breckon have also been proactive in ensuring that I am feeling well supported while settling down in my new accommodation. Easy to communicate with, Good, honest team

We recently let our property with Breckon. They were easy to communicate with and honest which is all too often difficult to find within this sector. I suspect their pool of tenants in this area may not be as numerous as some other local providers. It seemed close but in the end we were able to find a very good quality tenant within our timeline who we are happy with. I also feel they would be easy to contact in the future. A longstanding relationship I hope!
