I received support from the start, in marketing my home The viewing process was hassle free as the agents took care of all the appointments and viewings. Once an offer was received, my contact Brad, followed up on a regular basis to ensure the sale proceeded, and when difficulties were experienced with solicitors, buyers and long chains, he was there to chase all the parties on my behalf. Curchods have been so helpful in helping us sell our house and buy the one we had our hearts set on. They were realistic in their evaluation of our one to sell and gave us honest feedback from viewers. They were polite, friendly and we had regular contact with them throughout the buying, selling process. We are certainly not planning on moving again, as we are head over heels in love with our new home, however we would strongly recommend Curchods to anyone looking to move in the future.

We had been looking for a project house for over 12 months and had dealings with Churchods Ottershaw on and off during that period. Sadly we didn't buy from them but we were so impressed with their attitude and attention to detail that we decided to market our property with them. Their marketing was great and they sold our property within a week to the first viewers. They really take time to know their customers, a rare occurrence in my experience.

View AgentsWe found the purchase of our new house with Brad at Curchods a very easy process, when we initially wanted to view the property a couple of times, he worked around our timings and on one occasion with very short notice made a viewing possible.. Brad acted on things immediately and when a question needed answering he was on it and came back with the answer/s as quickly as possible. At times Brad told us the answer to something before our solicitor did! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Curchods, Ottershaw to our friends and family and would consider using the office when selling our property in the future. From the start the service I received was totally professional and a refreshing change from the previous agents we had been with and who had annoyingly wasted some 3 months of our time. The whole team evaluated our house to make sure they completely understood the features it offered and how it would meet the requirements of potential buyers. Within a week we had been inundated with viewings and agreed a sale exactly 7 days after going on the market with them. Our buyers encountered several issue during the process of selling their flat but the team worked tirelessly with their agents and solicitors to ensure the sale was successful. Although the purchase was a long process I was very happy with all the support and information received from Kate Brooks. I felt that she put in a lot of effort to make sure the purchase process ended with a completion .
