Sale of 13 Spinney Hill

We chose Curchods to look after the sale of our property as we were looking for a team who were able to understand our needs and get the right kind of buyer and someone who also knew the area well. The team at Otterhaw were brilliant from start to finish and were really enthusiastic about our property, which I think helped get us get the offers we did. They were very helpful during the negotiation period and got us an offer we were happy with. and they went above and beyond their duty and did things that other estate agents in our chain should have done, e.g. keeping my vendor up to date who had nothing to do with Curchods. There were some difficult moments and Grant Letts in particular was excellent in dealing with things that were potential show stoppers and that just shows the level of experience he has. We definitely chose the best option considering how many Churchods sold signs we see in the area compare to other estate agents. Excellent professional service throughout the process and a job well done. Our sale was pretty much stress free.

Very good Buyers experience

We have exchanged recently on a property from Curchods - Ottershaw. Brad was our agent and he was was excellent at giving us regular updates and progress reports. There were a couple of problems during the process however Brad worked hard to resolve the issues and keep everything on track. He was professional at all times. If he was unavailable his colleague Kate ensured that the communication continued. Whenever we had a question or query both the team were good at coming with suggestions and recommendations. From a buyers perspective this Curchods team are very good.

Professional, personable, extremely efficient

I don't write reviews that often as am very busy but I think the service provided by Curchods in Ottershaw was fantastic and so I just wanted to pass on my thanks. I know estate agents can sometimes get a name for not caring or providing a poor service and being "all about the money." However, from the start when I looked to put my house on the market I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by this team notably Brad and Grant but really the whole team who I came into contact with (I didn't catch the name of the lady who would always answer the phone unfortunately). I really appreciated the way they frequently kept me up to date on all developments, or even if not much had happened since our last contact. This also meant that it became clear if they were waiting on me to move the process forward so as to avoid unnecessary delay. Not only that but, as I do not live in the area (the property was being let out at the time) they were able to organise viewings with the tenants, collect keys from the letting agents and generally go beyond what I have become accustomed to expect. I am not looking at buying in the area, but if I were to ever buy or sell in future I would have no doubt who I would go to as my agents as I really cannot recommend the service highly enough. Buying/selling a house is always a massive hassle, but I must thank the team for minimising that hassle and providing an excellent service throughout.

exceptional, never let Bradley Pearce leave, he is amazing.

Bradley Pearce has been just amazing, He has been to hell and back again this past few weeks to get my sale through. We have had so many problems thrown at us and he has on my behalf been relentless getting answers from some not so professional people. I can not fault him in any way. We got there and I cant praise him enough. From start to finish Curchods have been so professional and most importantly kept me informed and up to date at all times. Bradley introduced our buyers and I am so happy that a family are buying my family home of 48 years. 100% praise again and again. I have already told everyone I know how great Curchods are. Fantastic service and really nice people

House Sale in Row Town

From the start the service I received was totally professional and a refreshing change from the previous agents we had been with and who had annoyingly wasted some 3 months of our time. The whole team evaluated our house to make sure they completely understood the features it offered and how it would meet the requirements of potential buyers. Within a week we had been inundated with viewings and agreed a sale exactly 7 days after going on the market with them. Our buyers encountered several issue during the process of selling their flat but the team worked tirelessly with their agents and solicitors to ensure the sale was successful.
