View AgentsWe found the purchase of our new house with Brad at Curchods a very easy process, when we initially wanted to view the property a couple of times, he worked around our timings and on one occasion with very short notice made a viewing possible.. Brad acted on things immediately and when a question needed answering he was on it and came back with the answer/s as quickly as possible. At times Brad told us the answer to something before our solicitor did! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Curchods, Ottershaw to our friends and family and would consider using the office when selling our property in the future. Thank you for helping us with the purchase of our new home.

Although the purchase was a long process I was very happy with all the support and information received from Kate Brooks. I felt that she put in a lot of effort to make sure the purchase process ended with a completion . Any information that was relevant to the process was passed on to all parties which made the whole purchase less stressful. Because of the purchase experience and help she gave I would use Curchods again .

This was my sons first experience of buying a property- Curchods made it less stressful especially dealing with Phil who was always happy, pleasant & positive, he made me totally rethink my opinion of estate agents (they are human)!!!!!
