GoogleJust bought my property from the Orpington Branch, what an amazing team from Stan, Tracy and Jane. Even through the stressful times Jane made sure that she was there every step of the way, She made the whole experience amazing for me. Stan was amazing as well from the viewing to getting the offer across. Such a lovely professional team and I would not hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again. GoogleI have been using Andrews Orpington since 2012. Over time they have really improved massively, not that they were bad back then! They appear to honour loyalty and their team has grown to provide a great property management service. Recently, Irene has been instrumental in handling my tenants through a boiler failure. Irene dealt with the plumber and placated the tenants, and within a week the repair was elevated to a happy boiler replacement, as she fielded my emails back and forth with questions on the quotes. GoogleI have used Andrews over the last few years to find tenants for our properties in Orpington. We have always found them to be very helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. James and his team always make us feel welcome when we call or visit the Orpington branch. The best way I could describe Andrews would be to say they have the professionalism and reach of nationwide company, but the service of local, friendly firm who are always there when needed. I would definitely recommend Andrews!

GoogleMy partner & I sold 2 flats and bought a Bungalow in Orpington. Lisa Paulley was the Lady we dealt with and she was acting on behalf of the Family who were selling the property. Lisa and the Team at Andrews could not have been more than helpful, Lisa went over and above the call of duty to ensure we were kept up to date at every step of the process, which was a very stressful and emotional time for us. Lisa is truly an asset to the Company & a great sense of humour, which is needed when one is buying/selling. P.S. Lisa deserves a large pay rise.
