GoogleThis is my partners and I first time renting - we were excited to embark on this journey together, neither of us anticipated how stressful, overwhelmed and dissatisfied we'd be. From the point of viewing the Property to eventually moving in, the communication and support from the team at Andrew's was absolutely shocking. I continuously had to chase our agent for updates - and would subsequently wait a couple of days before getting what I can only class a mediocre response and heaven forbid you try and reach someone in the team on a Saturday! Had it not been for us receiving our new Landlords details and being able to communicate with them directly I don't think we would have got as far as moving into the Property. Overall I am utterly displeased with the service received and given that I work in the industry myself I would have expected better. I hope this can be used as constructive feedback and the service see's an improvement for those going through Andrew's moving forward.

GoogleI had used many estate agents over the years but Andrews Estate Agents was the best I used and finally could find our dream home with their help. They are highly professional, very proactive always can be reached anytime and are good mediator between seller, buyer and solicitors which is very much required in these uncertain times. GoogleOverall, it is a very impresive and delightful buying experience. The customer relations manager taking care of my case is Ms. Lisa Paulley. I found Lisa a very proactive & efficient person. More specifically, 1. By chasing and following up regularly with solicitors from both sides, Lisa ensured the process is progressed within the expected timescale; 2. Lisa obviously remembered clearly about you and your needs.I think I was not the person quoted the highest price initially, but Lisa contacted me as soon as the top bidder unexpectedly withdrew the offer, which is beneficial for both myself and the seller. 3. Lisa responded to my emails very quickly, went extra miles to find answers for my queries. This is extremely helpful when it comes to the final stage of the transaction, as there were quite several missing items from the seller.

GoogleWasted time with them ,pay attention when you rent a property , in the morning (11:46) they said that the landlord accepted our offer and 4 hours later when I wanted to pay the deposit , they told that they had given the property to somebody else I wasted my time and now I’m in a very difficult situation I should check their rating before to give them a call (3.3)NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThis is a NO star review, you pay all this administrating fees and i do all the chasing checking my references came back okay, checking status of the move etc maybe they should of paid me the fees as i was doing their job. i only went through andrews because i wanted this home. i dont get paid till 1st of every month so when i stated this because of rent being paid i was told i had to pay extra £91.00 for the couple of days in between.... when someone sensible from their head office ( jade ) who was the only one that was helpful said no thats not correct the landlord agreed you could pay on the 1st... so where was all that extra money going to ??? a night out perhaps??? ..... if this was the first time dealing with an estate agent i would of been a mess but this is just a bad bunch!!!!! they seem friendly and then once they get your money its a struggle to hear from them get questions answered etc ...NEVER AGAIN will i go through andrews.

First time renting with my boyfriend and we both work full time, he spent all week contacting this estate agency only to be met by a very rude receptionist who kept telling him to call back and that the estate agents were all out, and the receptionist also said she would get them to call him but nobody ever did. We found a property perfect for us on Belvedere road, but cannot get a viewing for it - what kind of ridiculous service is this? He got through to somebody once, who said they would give him a viewing on Saturday, but they never got back to him to confirm. He was still willing to go with this estate agents! Can you imagine? if professionalism is in such a state at the simple stage of trying to request a viewing, can you imagine if this estate agents was actually in charge of helping fix problems to the property should they ever come about? I urge anybody to refuse this estate agents. In a nutshell, if you want a total game of cat and mouse, with a dose of rudeness head to this estate agents - I have never known one to come across like they do not know what they are doing as much as this one: PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS ESTATE AGENTS MANAGE ANY OF YOUR PROPERTIES, THEY ARE NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF BOOKING CUSTOMERS A VIEWING. Unacceptable.

GoogleI would like to thank staff at Andrews for making my dream come true. I have a lot of faith in them and would recommend them no end. The contact and communication from viewing to purchasing and moving into a property I purchased through them made me feel at ease with the whole process. I think a lot of attention was shown, making me realise how much they value their customers and it was not just about the vendors but also the buyers and in this case it was me. I am now in a home that I have only every dreamt about. Thank you. Winnie

GoogleFrom our experience last year we found them very helpful to begin with, but as time went by and sales collapsed they got less and less helpful. We even learned from our sellers estate agent James at Rush Witt & Willson that we had no chain at one point although we was told by Andrews the chain was complete and we should complete in about 8 weeks. Even our solicitors gave up with them as they gave incorrect information to them. Just out for one thing to get you on their books so they can get commission. The only thing they were true to their word about was to send through £100 of vouchers. This branch in my opinion is probably one reason why estate agents get such bad press.
