Fantastic service from start to finish

We chose Move and Save as other family members have used them before and we couldn’t have asked for more from Tracy our estate agent. Tracy was very easy to get along with (almost like a friend coming over for a drink) and was always at hand to help whenever needed. We couldn’t recommend this company enough, especially Tracey. At any point in the future we decide to move home again we will 100% be using Move and Save. People say moving house is one of the most stressful life experiences but with Tracy, this is certainly not the case and it has been the polar opposite. Tracy, you are absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond for the both of us. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to go through this experience with. Thank you so much. Friendly professional estate agent

Tracey made the process as comfortable as possible as your putting very valuable asset in her hands. She is available out of office hours if you need her unlike other agents and goes that extra mile for her clients. She settled our sold offer on her day off. I liked the 3dplans better than other agents you can visualize better. She was with us every step of the way. She is a credit to the company with her other staff. Sorry cannot remember her name.

A well deseved 5 star rating

All I can say is Tracey and her team deserve their rating. My house had previously been marketed by a well known local estate agents, their service was more than disappointing, it was very poor and were charging than 4 times more than Move and Save. I was very deflated and felt let down. Tracy was recommended to me and I never looked back from making the initial phone call to her. Tracy is a breathe of fresh air, top marks for her professionalism, her motivation and her dedication to her job, always available but if not her team are there on hand.. I can't fault their outstanding service and would like to say a special thank you to Tracy for helping me to achieve my sale and move on and to Teena who negotiated my deal, just brilliant.

Excellent service great value

I have been very happy with the service we have received from Tracey and her team. Such good value for money, The team were extremely quick to get feedback on viewings and gave this honestly. They are not your normal 9-5 estate agent and they understand sometimes you need to talk out of hours Tracey is extremely devoted to getting the property sold and works very hard for their fee. I have been looking for a property in the Mansfield area since January I had been so let down by other agents,, they did not return calls could only email not talk which seemed strange to me. or sending the wrong type all I wanted was 3 beds off street parking and a garage before contacting yourselves the last house had, left a garage door in place but had become part of the kitchen in side, my first viewing yesterday I had arrived but no answer so I called the agent to explain I was here and could they confirm its no 7 . only to be told he couldn't disclose the address. Amazing service experienced by first time buyers

I have had my property up for sale with Move and Save Nottingham for just over a week. From the moment Tracy came to value my home I knew I was in excellent hands. Tracy went above and beyond with her customer service from the day she came to give us a evaluation on our property. A Great Boucher and video was created helping to sell our property in weeks. She commited to selling our property even taking calls and chasing issues while on days off and on holiday. Honest and trust worthy and could not recommend her service enough. Stress free house moving

From the beginning when we first had the valuation on our house Tracy instantly put us at ease and we knew she was the lady to sell our house. The transparency and information we received about not only Move and Save but how she liked to work got us both excited about the couple of months ahead and selling our house to move onto the next step. We previously had bad experiences with two estate agents so were wary to begin with, however the professional manner and brilliant photo shoot of the house set us up right and the following weeks through viewings the feedback received from potential buyers via Move and Save helped us understand and change anything necessary. When we received an offer Tracy understood our needs exactly and got us the best deal we could possibly get. Excellent service above and beyond expectations

Initially I was apprehensive about using a pay upfront estate agent but Tracy was brilliant. Her attention to detail and honest feedback around preparing the house for photos made sure the rightmove advert was far better than many others I have seen, Tracy was even moving furniture to get the best photos. Once on the market Tracy worked all hours of the day still contacting us and potential buyers late into the evening. Not once were we unable to contact her whatever the time. To have someone put so much time into selling our house was invaluable and made the process far easier than other agents. All this led to a sale within 3 days! Highly recommend!

As a first time 'seller', I was quite daunted at the prospect of selling my house, I initially had a million questions and a lot of opinions from different people. Upon meeting Tracy, I knew I had made the right decision to use Move & Save; Tracy is super knowledgeable about her market, she put my mind at rest on a number of different factors and she gave (and continues to give) great advice without being pushy. I met Tracy on the Thursday afternoon, and my house was marketed on Right Move the same evening! Tracy was excellent at keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process, and keeping me updated too. I sold my house within two weeks! Open,honest, friendly, helpful and professional service

Move and Save are the selling agents for the house I'm buying.. Tracy arranged my first viewing and a couple of subsequent ones. Each time we've spoken, Tracy has been friendly and chatty, showing an interest in me as a person, rather than just someone buying one of their properties. On more than one of these occasions Tracy has given me advice and information on how the conveyancing process works, which has helped me ask the right questions of my solicitors. Phenomenal service

Having not been in the property market for over 16 years and appreciating the process of buying and selling would have changed quite significantly over that time, the prospect of selling our property was quite a daunting one and a task that was approached with some trepidation if I am being honest. Having engaged the service of a number of local estate agents to come and value our property and explain their marketing of the same, I was looking for an individual/organisation that would be empathetic to our situation, personal requirements and needs.as well as providing a value for money and cost effective approach to selling our property as soon as possible. It gives me pleasure to report and with a great deal of confidence that Tracy did all that we were asking for above and more. Her friendliness put us at ease from the first moment we met and when she was in our property, plus her informal step by step approach to how the whole selling exercise would go was really reassuring. I would never have believed it!

I picked Move & Save because of their reviews and glad I did. Tracy came out on the Monday afternoon, went through everything with me and by that night my property was on the market with a full 'bells and whistles' ad! I had 7 viewings viewings booked in by the following lunchtime, four of which were on the following day, the Wednesday, and by the Thursday I had an offer and a buyer I was happy to go with. I know there's a way to go yet but so far I'm extremely impressed with both Tracy & Keeley who have both been efficient, pleasant and kept me up to date with everythying.

Fast, efficient & friendly

My local agent Tracy came out yesterday afternoon and we spent a good two hours covering everything from my current situation, my expectations and requirements, what the agency could offer, showing me examples of advertising packages, and discussing the market. She took down all the particulars, took lots of photo's and a video and by 8pm that evening my ad was live. It's only 1.30pm the day after but I already have 6 viewings booked in which is fantastic. Simply THE best

In the past couple of years I have sold two houses through move & save and now selling my third with them. Tracy is an absolute star. She took pictures of my property early afternoon and although she was working until seven that evening she still text me at nine that night to tell me we were on Rightmove even though I had told her not to worry about it as the next day would be fine by me! Now thats what I call dedication! Both Tracy and Keeley are a sheer delight and extremely professional at what they do but so friendly and approachable too. Their prices are still the best and I will never understand why anyone would go anywhere else and pay more money for (as in my personal experience of buying through other estate agents) a less professional approach and couldn't care less attitude. These Girls care about you and take great pride in their business. I wish them well always.

Amazing price, Amzing service

Professional and Friendly Service

Having used Move & Save before we were keen to use their expertise again as the attention to detail and level of professionalism we came across last time was second to none.
