Excellent service received from beginning to end of the sales process. I initially emailed one evening to find out further information about the service they provided - I got a friendly, comprehensive response almost immediately. When Tracy came to value the property she was down to earth, knowledgeable and had time for us allowing us to discuss our requirements and what Move and Save could do to assist. On previously using a high street agent I was aware that they only did 'premium listings' on properties if they were 'sticking' but this was part of Move and Saves package and it was reassuring to know that they spoke with and arranged the viewings and dealt with all negotiations. We sold our property in just under two weeks!

As I am sure you may be aware there are so many agents out there that are expensive & do absolutely nothing for their money and don't give a damn. We have had 2 experiences of these idiots and could not wait to change to Tracy at Move and Save.
We have totally been blown away with this lady, she works tirelessly, even out of office hours of an evening, and on her days off !!! I have never had so much productive communication, a breath of fresh air. Her photographic eye and moving things around to get the best pics are second to none.
Within 2 days (before the board was up) Our cottage was sold.
It had been up for over 4 mths with one agent and 8mths with another. Put your property in Tracy's hands, you will no be disappointed.

All I can say about my experience so far is marvellous! Tracy came out on her day off (Easter Monday) really helped me to decide about how to market my property took amazing photo's then, still on her day off she got it uploaded on to Rightmove the same afternoon.. Two days later I've had two offers from prospective buyers..
Whenever I have needed to speak to her she has always been there even in the evening making sure everything is running smoothly and booking in viewings, totally dedicated to her clients is an understatement to say the least.
Also, a big shout out to Keeley who looked after me when Tracy had other commitments.
In one word AMAZING!

Last year we decided to go with Move & Save as their price was better than any high street estate agent. We were selling one property and buying two, so things were rarther complicated, however, dealing with Move & Save was a breeze and an absolute pleasure. Tracy came out and valued our property and was so lovely that I feel she is a friend to this day, which is why I am about to go on the market with them again. The girl in the office I dealt with (Keeley) was wonderful and as the whole process is so stressful, I felt like I had my very own therapist and she was always there at the end of the phone. We used their online conveyancing team as the price was right and it all ran perfectly smooth. Personally I cannot reccomend Move & Save enough and it has been my pleasure to do business with such friendly and professional people.

We had a really good advert on Rightmove within hours of her initial visit, and four viewings in the first four days (could have been more but didn't want to do many). Couldn't ask for more from an estate agent, this is the second time I've used Move & Save to sell a property and would use them again in the future without hesitation. Tracy is very efficient and friendly and offered very professional advice.
I would recommend the top of the range sales package with the sales board, 3D floor plan and video etc. and at £830 its less than half the cost of the other estate agents I had provide me with a valuation.
All in all I cant see why you would want to use anyone else!!

I have now used move and save as both a buyer and seller and on both occasions they were fantastic.
As a buyer they kept me informed even when the sale was with the solicitors and nothing was too much.
More recently as a seller, they were very friendly, especially Tracey who really put me at ease as it was the first time I'd sold a property. There was no pushy sales pitch, just honesty and patience. The photos really did the property justice and the house was on the internet the same day. After 6 viewings and regular feedback the house was sold less than 2 weeks after being put on the market. Would definitely recommend using Rightmove

Move and save provided a great service from the word go. From coming to the property and giving us very sound and honest advice to getting the property online, Tracy was very helpful. Once the property was online, Tracy was in constant communication with us to arrange all of the viewings.
Later on in the process, our buyers pulled out of the deal. We spoke to Tracy and everything was up and running and online again within an hour! Tracy arranged several viewings as quickly as possible but only when it was best for us. Throughout the process Tracy offered us advice and made sure we were happy with everything that was happening.

Having purchased our home through Move and Save nine years ago the original online agent, we thought we would try their service to handle our sale, as our purchase was so easy and stress free.
For the last ten sales and moves we have used many national estate agents and often resented paying out thousands of pounds in commission fees for some of the ultra poor service we received.
Our intial appointment with Tracy was a delight, we found Tracy at Move and Save to be ultra professional taking time to discuss the two sales packages they offered and how they operated. We found Tracy to be meticulous in the detail(s) but most importantly a genuine person and someone we can relate to and ultimately put our trust in to realise a speedy sale.
We decided on the package and Tracy took oodles of photos and also prepared a video to upload with our sales particulars. We were surprised by the speed of our property being placed online with Move and Save and Rightmove.
Seven hours from first meeting to our property appearing online for sale.
The standard of the photos are excellent they show off our property well.
The video tour was in our opinion superb.
If you want 100% effort into getting your property professional marketed and sold then we would not hesitate in recommending Tracy Kernaghan of Move and Save

Tracy only sold us which package we needed and what would sell our property quickly with least hassle and didn't use any sales tactics used by many highstreet agents.
The sale was completed with excellent help by keely in the office who was a lovely person and I felt very relaxed a confident dealing with her.
I would only use move and save to sell any other houses in the future because of how well the process went previously and wouldn't consider a more expensive high street agent as the service from move and save was second to none!
