GoogleJust moved internationally and finding a flat had been very stressful, among 1 million other TODOs. Ayesha S has been a delightful help throughout the process and I was lucky to have her. The flat I eventually signed beats my second choice by a lot. The only thing bothered me a bit was the inaccurate info about which buildings allow pets but it worked out this time.

After having our home valued by 3 other agents, Tracy from Move & Save came to value our property. We knew instantly that they were the ones for us there and then. She was warm and friendly and not money motivated like the other agents previous. Tracy has given us a personalised service throughout and kept in contact, even messaging on her day off to keep us updated on things. The other Ladies of the Move & Save team, Judie and Tina, have also been very helpful. The photos that were taken of our home were of good quality and Tracy took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The fee included a premium listing, a video of our home and a 3D floor plan. I would highly recommend the Move & Save team and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you all for your wonderful personalised service

What an amazing service we have received from everyone at Move & Save, Teena, Judie and Tracy have all been amazing. Their extensive knowledge of the property market, professional service and friendly approachable manner have all contributed to a stress free move. Every time I have called either Teena or Judie they have both been able to discuss our sale without any hesitation whatsoever or need to contact Tracy with who we had initial contact, you can tell they are a very well oiled team. They also recommended Premier Property Lawyers and despite a change of Conveyancer part way through, the transition was seamless and Anthony Smalley who is now handling our case has been fantastic, I can't fault him. We have no doubt we will be in contact again when we move next time with the hope we can use the services of the Move & Save team and Anthony at Premier. I am a young first time buyer, who has no experience in this field. When I went to view the house I’ve purchased, the vendor could not speak any more highly of the service she has had from Move and Save, and Since my first call with Tracey I was instantly reassured and met with kindness, knowledge and warmth. Tracey is not just an estate agent but an empathetic, lovely person who has helped me so much throughout my struggles, queries, questions and even tears! I have had conversations with both Tracey and Judy at move and save, and I can not put forward enough how absolutely fantastic they have both been, they really do put people first in everything they do, which has been a breath of fresh air whilst dealing with many professionals during this period. I have had exceptional service from answering calls, to getting back to me when they said they would, keeping me updated EVERY step of the way, and offering a ear to listen when I’ve felt quite overwhelmed, Tracey has even said to me ‘you could of called my mobile number at any time in the evening I’m always here to help’ which is rare and very comforting. I really don’t think I would of been able to do this without the help from Move and save, and I know when the time comes and I’m ready to not just buy but sell my first property, there is no question which estate agents I will be going with! I absolutely can not recommend enough!!!!

GoogleI used Move & Save Nottingham to sell my property last year and I cannot recommend them enough. Tracy and her colleagues exceeded expectations in every way. From the off they were very organised, professional, and knowledgeable. We opted for the fixed fee service but this in no way impacted the service we received. Due to being in a chain it took 9 months for us to move but Tracy and her team were there to support us all the way.

This is the second time I've used move and save and specifically Tracey to sell my home. What can I say, Tracey and her team are incredible, selling my house within the first 5 days, and a second time within a couple of days after it had fallen through. There's no commission just an upfront fee which beats all walk in estate agents who having dealt with for my purchase, would never use myself. Traceys communication is excellent all focus is on you as the customer, she goes above and beyond from her role, including having bartered for my purchase on my behalf. I cannot fault the service, if you want to sell your house, 100% use Move and Save, the service is personal friendly, efficient, and hassle free. Tracey is great at her job!
