Excellent all round service

We were recommended Tracy and the team at Move and Save by a friend and we were not disappointed. The price proved competitive and extremely good value for money. That's just the start, Tracy outlined exactly how she would market the property communicate with us, arrange viewings and liaise with prospective Buyers. Photographs taken of our property were of extremely professional quality and the floorplan and description were accurate. We were encouraged to view our listing before it went live to offer any feedback and request amendments if necessary. The viewings came thick and fast as did a number of offers, the team handled all offers and negotiations promptly securing us a sale from a qualified Buyer. There was no let up from this point though, Tracy has been diligent in her efforts to keep in contact with all parties involved to ensure the sale progressed as it should. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to market their home, their years of expertise shines through.

Superb team

Superb experience with Tracy and her team. Tracy spent three hours at my two-bed flat, photographing it, making sure it looked its best. That evening my listing went live and I had six viewings the next day followed by a successful sale the same day. Tracy is beyond dedicated and you will find her emailing until the late evening which other agents don’t do. She also works Sat/Sun. Tracy is genuine and friendly yet professional. She really knows the field and it shows. I’m also buying a property through them and again this has been smooth, fair and stress free. A lot of their business is through word of mouth and I can see why. I can certainly recommend Tracy and her team.

Perfect House Sale Yet Again

This is the second property that Tracy and her team at Move & Save have sold for me in the last 4 years. Their valuation and then their on-going advice and assistance have made both sales very easy for me and quick to complete. Both properties sold within weeks of going on the market and at their recommended sale price. This last property being marketed during COVID-19 restrictions and then a lock down. Honestly I could not recommend Tracy and the team more if I tried. From first initial contact to currently going through the selling/STC I could not fault them. Personalised service that put you first

After having our home valued by 3 other agents, Tracy from Move & Save came to value our property. We knew instantly that they were the ones for us there and then. She was warm and friendly and not money motivated like the other agents previous. Tracy has given us a personalised service throughout and kept in contact, even messaging on her day off to keep us updated on things. The other Ladies of the Move & Save team, Judie and Tina, have also been very helpful. Great Team Effort

What an amazing service we have received from everyone at Move & Save, Teena, Judie and Tracy have all been amazing. Their extensive knowledge of the property market, professional service and friendly approachable manner have all contributed to a stress free move. Every time I have called either Teena or Judie they have both been able to discuss our sale without any hesitation whatsoever or need to contact Tracy with who we had initial contact, you can tell they are a very well oiled team. They also recommended Premier Property Lawyers and despite a change of Conveyancer part way through, the transition was seamless and Anthony Smalley who is now handling our case has been fantastic, I can't fault him. The best service you will find

This is the second time I've used move and save and specifically Tracey to sell my home. What can I say, Tracey and her team are incredible, selling my house within the first 5 days, and a second time within a couple of days after it had fallen through. There's no commission just an upfront fee which beats all walk in estate agents who having dealt with for my purchase, would never use myself. Traceys communication is excellent all focus is on you as the customer, she goes above and beyond from her role, including having bartered for my purchase on my behalf. Having not been in the property market for over 16 years and appreciating the process of buying and selling would have changed quite significantly over that time, the prospect of selling our property was quite a daunting one and a task that was approached with some trepidation if I am being honest. I would never have believed it!

I picked Move & Save because of their reviews and glad I did. Tracy came out on the Monday afternoon, went through everything with me and by that night my property was on the market with a full 'bells and whistles' ad! I had 7 viewings viewings booked in by the following lunchtime, four of which were on the following day, the Wednesday, and by the Thursday I had an offer and a buyer I was happy to go with. I know there's a way to go yet but so far I'm extremely impressed with both Tracy & Keeley who have both been efficient, pleasant and kept me up to date with everythying.

Fast, efficient & friendly

My local agent Tracy came out yesterday afternoon and we spent a good two hours covering everything from my current situation, my expectations and requirements, what the agency could offer, showing me examples of advertising packages, and discussing the market. Simply THE best

In the past couple of years I have sold two houses through move & save and now selling my third with them. Tracy is an absolute star. She took pictures of my property early afternoon and although she was working until seven that evening she still text me at nine that night to tell me we were on Rightmove even though I had told her not to worry about it as the next day would be fine by me! Now thats what I call dedication! Both Tracy and Keeley are a sheer delight and extremely professional at what they do but so friendly and approachable too. Their prices are still the best and I will never understand why anyone would go anywhere else and pay more money for (as in my personal experience of buying through other estate agents) a less professional approach and couldn't care less attitude. Amazing price, Amzing service

I'm so pleased I went with move and save. Tracey is a wonderful woman and spent a lot of time getting the perfect photos and the listing was online straight away.
