Professional and Friendly Service

Having used Move & Save before we were keen to use their expertise again as the attention to detail and level of professionalism we came across last time was second to none. We have not been disappointed. Having met with Tracy only this morning our advert is already on Rightmove 5 hours later and looks amazing. We were really pleased that she took the time to understand what we wanted from our brochure/advertisement and she has got across the charm of our property very well. Better Than Any High Street Agent Without The Huge Price Tag

Excellent service received from beginning to end of the sales process. I initially emailed one evening to find out further information about the service they provided - I got a friendly, comprehensive response almost immediately. When Tracy came to value the property she was down to earth, knowledgeable and had time for us allowing us to discuss our requirements and what Move and Save could do to assist. On previously using a high street agent I was aware that they only did 'premium listings' on properties if they were 'sticking' but this was part of Move and Saves package and it was reassuring to know that they spoke with and arranged the viewings and dealt with all negotiations. We sold our property in just under two weeks!

Use the very best A+++++

We were recommended to use Tracy at Move & Save by a friend as they have received such a good service. As I am sure you may be aware there are so many agents out there that are expensive & do absolutely nothing for their money and don't give a damn. We have had 2 experiences of these idiots and could not wait to change to Tracy at Move and Save. We have totally been blown away with this lady, she works tirelessly, even out of office hours of an evening, and on her days off !!! I have never had so much productive communication, a breath of fresh air. Her photographic eye and moving things around to get the best pics are second to none. Within 2 days (before the board was up) Our cottage was sold. It had been up for over 4 mths with one agent and 8mths with another. Put your property in Tracy's hands, you will no be disappointed. Five star service

If you want an agent who overcharges for a slip shod service and doesn't care less about you as a customer.........................don't contact Move'n'Save............Tracy is beyond marvellous...........her photography skills and knowledge regarding making a property look it's best cannot be bettered.She is very friendly,yet also professional...........and she actually CARES about her customers,which in my opinion goes a very long way.My sale was being constantly held up by my buyers solicitors, who to be quite honest didn't seem to care if the sale happened or not.Tracy took time to go above and beyond her role and single handedly saved the sale when I was getting ready to pull out......I'm not exaggerating when I say this..........and I'm very very happy with the service I received..

Having scoured the market for an estate agent to sell my house I was recommended Move and Save. Who I thought who was these ?. So took the plunge and invited them around to value my property. Fantastic Service

Tracy was brilliant with us from the off. She came out the same day and had our house on Rightmove by 8am the next morning. She went out her way to get better photos for us in daylight and stayed in touch with us constantly - even out of hours. Fantastic estate agents!

Fast, friendly and efficient

Tracy takes a fantastic picture and is really good at explaining the selling process. We had a really good advert on Rightmove within hours of her initial visit, and four viewings in the first four days (could have been more but didn't want to do many). Top quality service with a smile

Couldn't ask for more from an estate agent, this is the second time I've used Move & Save to sell a property and would use them again in the future without hesitation. Tracy is very efficient and friendly and offered very professional advice. I would recommend the top of the range sales package with the sales board, 3D floor plan and video etc. and at £830 its less than half the cost of the other estate agents I had provide me with a valuation. All in all I cant see why you would want to use anyone else!!

Excellent service and value for money

I have now used move and save as both a buyer and seller and on both occasions they were fantastic. As a buyer they kept me informed even when the sale was with the solicitors and nothing was too much. More recently as a seller, they were very friendly, especially Tracey who really put me at ease as it was the first time I'd sold a property. There was no pushy sales pitch, just honesty and patience. The photos really did the property justice and the house was on the internet the same day. Move and save provided a great service from the word go. From coming to the property and giving us very sound and honest advice to getting the property online, Tracy was very helpful. Once the property was online, Tracy was in constant communication with us to arrange all of the viewings. Later on in the process, our buyers pulled out of the deal. We spoke to Tracy and everything was up and running and online again within an hour! Tracy arranged several viewings as quickly as possible but only when it was best for us. Great service

We used this company to sell a house for us. the service was excellent from start to finish Tracy took the pictures of the house in a very professional manner. Tracy only sold us which package we needed and what would sell our property quickly with least hassle and didn't use any sales tactics used by many highstreet agents. The sale was completed with excellent help by keely in the office who was a lovely person and I felt very relaxed a confident dealing with her. Professional, down to earth sales.

Tracey visited my home on a wet Saturday morning to discuss the potential selling my home and I was won over with her down to earth approach of her knowledge, constructive comments and sales approach. Yes, I moved a few items around my house so that the perfect shot could be taken, it was all in good humour!
