Well I know they were professional in every little detail. Never a problem in trying to contact them and not restricted to office hours. Photos took, house on market within 6 hours, within a week after they lined up numerous viewings the house was sold. Constantly being kept informed, never a problem in contacting them. Can't praise there service enough. They may not have an advert on T V but they don't need to. There quality advertises itself. We used move and save to sell our property as it was recommended to us by some friends and I'm so pleased that we did. The lady that came to our house was really lovely she gave use the up front cost and a realistic selling price. One we had paid that was it nothing else to pay which is a great feeling because when you sell a property it feels as though everyone is asking for your money. They came and took photos which were fantastic and moved all the distractions in the rooms. Our property was uploaded on their webpage and on rightmove within hours. If/when I sell my new property I will defiantly be using move and save again.

When we were considering which agent to sell our home Move & Save were recommended to us by a friend for the quality service they had experienced when selling their property and a commission free sale was a big bonus for us. We are certainly extremely happy with this decision. When we met the team they were extremely friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional regarding the task in hand. The valuation provided by the team was professional and honest. When taking photos they dressed the house to show each room at its best and when compared to the photos provided by other agents our advert stood out as a higher quality. The video service also proved very useful as it allowed a virtual tour of the property by potential buyers before actually viewing, therefore everybody viewing the house was already familiar with the layout and interested in the property. Move&Save guaranteed that our property would be on Rightmove by the end of the day, and they stuck to this promise with the advertisement being on the internet within 8 hours of valuation! When organising viewings Move&save were always keen to cluster the appointments for our benefit and were very prompt with chasing feedback. We always received feedback either the same day or the morning after if it was an evening viewing. The Move&Save team were always at the end of the phone offering help and guidance when we needed it. We would highly recommend move&save if you are considering selling your property (and we already have done to our friends and family). I would highly recommend Move and Save. Friendly, professional, great communication can't praise them enough. I was unsure at first whether to go to a high Street Estate Agent as I was not confident with dealing with anyone via the Internet. I was soon relaxed as from the very start I was put at ease and was patiently guided step by step. I had a video done which was brilliant... worth the extra pounds. Also I their solicitors are also superb... Brilliant Service.

As this is an 'on-line' estate agent, they do as it says on the tin, the agent that came out was very pleasent and knowledge about the service and as there was a substantial saving from a conventional high street agent, we thought it was value for money, further conatct during the sale has always been made in a professional manner. We would use this agent again and have recommended them friends.

Our house went on the market yesterday. We had a valuation done and photos taken in the morning and by the early evening the house was in Rightmove. Tracey the head valuer is very informative, friendly and helpful and puts you at ease straight away. I am hoping that the whole process runs as smoothly as the start. The price is very good compared to other agents. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant, there are no words - the staff are lovely, professional and will bend over backwards to support you.
