GoogleI am having a trouble getting my deposit back, ever since I provided the full proof of payment for the bills and that I have a full right to get the deposit returned, Paige Waller (the property manager) has immediately stopped replying to all my emails and calls. She had told me that they were having trouble with getting in contact with the Utility provider for all the flats they are managing, and they are getting legal advices for that. However, the utility provider answered my calls very easily and has replied my query with the invoices and received payments. It feels like she was just telling me that to not release my deposit. It was been couple months since I finished my payments, and she has been ignoring me since January. I have sent her almost ten emails and calls ever since- none replied. I also got connected to her colleagues and a senior manager, no one really in the management answered a single call. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

We would just like to thank Tracey from Move & Save on how professional she has been from day one! We have not bought many properties but she has made everything so clear on both sides. Having a personal contact with Tracey (we spoke after 8pm the other night) she clearly is not in the office but on her own time, gave us a call to advise on what we needed to next! After selling our property in May and now we are mid September you can imagine everyone is getting a bit anxious and frustrated. Tracey has been in the ball from day one. I have recently marketed my property with move and save. Tracy was recommended by the vendors of the property we are buying. Tracy did not disappoint. She gave good advice about the local housing market. She clearly has years of experience and very good knowledge. She goes above and beyond when photographing and presenting the house for sale. Communication from the team has been excellent and efficient. I have been kept advised of feedback and offers made. I would not hesitate to use Move and Save again especially if dealing with Tracy and her team.
