GoogleAndy who is managing the property I am living in is efficient and always attend to any problems as soon as he can. I had a pipe that burst and I had a lot of water through the kitchen and dinner And he came to my rescue and helped me to remove all the water to minimise demage! GoogleI was a tenant during my second year at university and I can safely say they were the best. The house was immaculate, all amenities worked without fault, any queries or issues we had were dealt with immediately, such as paint work, garden maintenance and securing fire doors. We received our deposits without a problem and they were always approachable and excellent at communication. I could not recommend Comfort Lettings enough.

GoogleWe've used Comfort Lettings for almost a decade now and have found them really easy to deal with. They are generally really responsive to emails/calls and always friendly! They also have decent systems that track income / expenses and provide tax summaries and so on which makes it easy as a landlord.

GoogleComfort lettings were really easy to communicate with and they always got back to queries promptly. The process of moving in and out of our rented house went really smoothly. Any maintenance issues we had were quickly resolved without any qualms. After moving out we got our deposit back faster than I expected following experience renting elsewhere in the past. GoogleComing to the end of our first term with comfort lettings, they’ve been nothing but helpful. Phil personally came to let me into my room I had locked myself out of on the first day moving in late on a Sunday evening, really friendly service. Have always had someone around within 1/2 days when a problem is communicated to them and always resolved really quickly. Would definitely recommend

He has made our transition to our new home very smooth by making sure communication with us is always a priority when needed. He never fails to address any concerns we may have and fix any problems that may develop as soon as he can and makes sure we’re updated throughout.

GoogleWe are landlords and we let our property out with Comfort and have done so for the past 10 years. The whole team are fantastic and we have recommended them to many others since. Quotes for work to be completed (as and when required) are always reasonable and communication is excellent. Comfort inspect the property regularly so we have piece of mind that our property is being looked after. This is especially important to us because this used to be our home and so we still have an emotional attachment. We’ve never been without tenants and any issues have been dealt with effectively and efficiently. Keep up the good work Comfort.

GoogleAs personally one of the best student letting's agentcys in nottingham i feel they are responsive and look out for you as well as there own interests. Having been with other agents in nottingham comfort are far more responsevie and work as a team in the office far better leading to better overall costomer service. Small things like giving a gas safety certificate 6 months before needing it (without being asked), makes the whole renting experience easier. As a student I hear about other people's agents and i have not heard anything bad about comfort compared to hearing bad things about at least 4 other agents.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJust about to finish my first term living with comfort lettings. On moving in there were some issues with the house however once these were communicated to comfort lettings these were all sorted. As for any other maintenance issues they are always solved within the week. The houses are of high spec and feel like a home away from home.
